Awful experience with this company. I ordered the PCR test and it took 4-5 to arrive even though it is meant to be next day. I arrived back in the UK on the 28th but couldn’t do the test until the 30th when it arrived. I then posted the results on the 30th December and they received tracking the same day but the results arrived today.

If a PCR test is done to stop isolation after 2 days, then I have been isolating from the 28th December until the 5th January.

I will not be using this company again.

The cheapest what I have found. Fast delivery and fast next day results.

I was looking for a cheap day 2 PCR test upon my return to UK. Saw this website link through Google search. 1st impression of the site was far from good, I wasn't sure if this is genuine. I wasn't even sure if I will get a reference number for the locator form but I did receive it a few mins after making the payment.
I got emails confirming the order and a 2nd email when kit was dispatched with royal mail tracking number.
I ordered the test on 22nd Dec to arrive on 24th but it was delayed in the post and I didn't get the kit till 29th Dec which is expected due to Christmas holidays. Did the test and posted back on 30th. Tracked it and it was delivered to lab on 31st. I wasn't expecting the result till 3rd or 4th but to my surprise i got the result email on the 1st of Jan.
Giving 4 star cos if the delay is getting kit and I had to self isolate due to the delay but other than that I think it's a good service at a reasonable price.

I ordered 3 tests kits for Sunday, Davina and myself. The kits came with a form which we completed with individual contact details (email and phone). We also registered online separately so you could send results directly to each person.

I am surprise to find that you have sent Davina’s result to me (Olufunmilayo). Where is my result? Why have I received Davina’s result on 5 Jan, when the specimens where sent before 9am on 30 Dec?

Government requires that we continue to self isolate until we receive the Day 2 PCR result. This is my sixth day in house without a result. I demand an explanation and full refund for the 3 kits for service not provided.

Could you also please provide details of your complaint procedures, because I have been advised that I need to have explored your complaint proceedings before I could take this further.

It's cheap but the web form is embarrassingly poorly designed (e.g. some fields are 'optional' but you still have to fill them in to submit the form). The kit is very basic and does not have very good instructions. It did arrive on decent time during the holiday season.

Poor service.
I ordered a kit to be sent to my Husband at our home address and it was delivered late. I sent the day 2 test back which they received at 11 am on 31st December. Still no results so I phoned them and they said that the results were done but for some reason, I hadn't received them so they will send them again within 24 hours. I called them a few times after One and a Half later, every time the phone hugged. 30 hours later I have still not received the results. Very poor service given that all the people waiting for results are in quarantine and can't go out anywhere until those results arrive. Authorities should take action.

I sent the day 2 test back which they received at 11am on 31st December. 72 hours later, still no results so I phoned them and they said that the results were done but for some reason I hadn't received them so they will send them again within 24 hours. 25 hours later I have still not received the results. .....seven days now since they received the test kit back and I still have no results.

This service is borderline fraud. Placed my order on the 28th of Dec while flying back to the UK on the 2nd of Jan. Today is the 4th of Jan (Day 2) and I still didn't get the tests because only today they handed the test kit to the postal services. As a consequence, I paid for 2 new tests at my local chemist so my daughter can go to school.
There's also their return policy (just google 1010labs return policy it's hilarious) I'm sure it's illegal because they are in breach of their own terms of service.
Bottom line, stay away from this service, yes it's cheap but you don't really get what you paid for and that makes it a rip off.

Ordered day 2 pcr tests from 1010labs, customer service and response times are appalling, furthermore when you make a complaint they become tone deaf.

Don't make the mistake we made and check reviews of providers before you pay for their service.

It's a fraud. Don't waste your money on any of the test kits. Bought Day2 kit, sent it back a week ago while it's delivered and signed by the lab still I haven't got the result. Quite disappointing!

Great service at amazing price! Definitely reliable and responsive. I have booked my day 2 test before leaving for the holidays and they delivered it to me within 48h. Not gonna blame them for any Royal Mail delay under the Christmas period as everyone else seems to be doing.

We booked 3 tests alltogether and the kits delivery was soo late even though we didnt get one kit up till now ...we tried to contact u but fail as u dnt recve the call u have a poor customer servce .we had a day 2 test with 1010 labs but its the 10th day for we have been waiting for 1 of the kit and 1 result ..we guys are bound because of your poor service..

Dreadful. Dis the test on 24th December. Still haven’t had result on 4th January!

Smooth and easy. Got timely postal delivery of my daughter’s day 2 pcr test and results were emailed following day. Cannot complain, it was the cheapest I paid £33.99. 10/10 overall. Would highly recommend. Many thanks!

Was not sure of the service however the experience was good. They followed up well given the holiday season. Kit arrived on 29th and I posted back the same day and the received the results on the 1st so all in all, they were efficient given the volumes and the holiday season. Thanks for your service.

my first order was never deliver so I had to call and send emails to get a hold of someone in order to get a replacement kit. then it took 10 days for me to get results back.

The kit for day 2pcr was delayed 1day.Send the kit for day 2pcr on Friday and I didn’t get the result.poor service I definitely not recommend!

It's OK, very easy to fill up all form, price is littel bit over limit, and its expensive delivery charges.
