We got our day 2 tests on day 2, and I got my results back after 3 days and my partner after 4 days even we sent them back at the same time. So it's a bit waste of time waiting for a negative test and keep being isolated.

I can recommend. Quick delivery. Result after 2 days.

Terrible customer service.
I purchased a kit and never received any response.
Spent hours on phone and they keep on closing the call as soon as they realize they got the payment but did not bill me or ship me any kit.
I have it on my credit card and will report to police.

1010 their service is extremely poor... Although the test kits arrived on time... It took 7 days from us sending our results to get an email to say " a note has been added to your order" it promised a quick response via a text and email. Not clear and honestly what is the point on taking the test. AVOID AT ALL COST"

We have used this company twice in the last couple of months, reading the reviews I was very apprehensive, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Tests arrived and tracked in a timely manner, Results were back once received at centre in less than 24hours. A brilliant service will definitely use them again if needed.

A very bad service and unnecessary company to use. I Would never use again due to bad packaging tools, customer service and delivery/result times.

I will never recommend anybody to order from your lab, because is a useless lab my order came late & my result have not be sent to me, isolated for 10days without working, their serve is so poor& badiest.

Its been a week of me isolating waiting for pcr results and nothing.

This company is running a scam.

I will rank the service provided by 1010 Labs to minus 10. Despite elapse of 7 days, results of my 2nd day test are still awaited. Tried to contact the lab by phone waited over 45 minutes without any luck. Tried to contact the lab by email, but only got standard responses. I am highly disappointed with their customer management and promises.

There is no such thing as 0 stars but 1010labs deserves that rating- Avoid. How can a business be allowed to sell day 2 tests which after 8 days still have not arrived! Don’t blame the festive season - if you can’t deliver shut down your website. You expect these test to be posted on the day of ordering or the latest the next day. It’s good that there are no controls on quarantine in the UK as it would be a ridiculously long wait.

My partner’s test result came back a day earlier than mine, even though we posted it at the same time. I emailed them during the holiday period and didn’t expect a prompt response but someone called me back same day and prioritized my result. No complaints!

Very bad company I ordered 4 day2 test kits on 29.12.21. I should've received them on the 31.12.21, but I didn’t get anything for a week. We’ve been isolating from the 30 December and we still are at the moment since we haven’t got the test kit yet.
Very disappointed with this 1010 labs

I ordered my test, unfortunately during the holidays hence it was delayed in the post. However after I called to follow up, an enquiry was promptly raised and I received my results less than 24 hours after their receipt of my test sample.

Scammers. Avoid!!!

They do not respond to my calls, they do not send any package or any results.

Paid £40 back in October for a PCR test. It arrived promptly, when I landed in the UK the test kit was already here. However, I am still waiting for my results. Good thing that back then I was not require to self isolate until getting the test results, otherwise I would have been home for two weeks waiting for this awful company to come back to me. Another government approved scam where they take your money and you never hear from them again. I have travelled a couple more times after that experience and still haven't found a reliable company. This day 2 test process required by the government is a complete waste of time and money. I much rather pay for an NHS service at this point. I am disgusted.
