Color isn't as expected even after multiple attempts. Customer service was very hands on and willing to correct the color issues. Tried 3 times and the color issues were still not fixed. The black never came out to a pure black. It looks like the printer was running out of ink all three times. Their invoice was more black than the printing on our product. Sucks because this was expensive only to not have it how we needed it.

Easy to use and reasonably priced. This was my second order. I will definitely shop here again!!!

Update: While I was disappointed with the quality of my order, the company did issue me a full refund, which I appreciate.

Great customer service and prompt production - quality product!

The finished product is just as it appears on screen, we have our handwritten thought and signatures that we uploaded onto our birthday card, and it looks like we signed them same day. Very high quality. Process was easy.

The envelopes were done very well. The order was executed very quickly. The photo resolution was miles better than the previous iteration thanks to a higher res photo - my fault, not 123 Print. The only thing missing was a cover for the box of envelopes.

Despite my instructions to wait for a higher res graphic, my order of custom sticky notes was printed with an old low-resolution graphic. Then, when the sticky notes arrived, they were cut inconsistently to different sizes, had gray sticky glue stuck to the sides, had crooked text, had long unevenly cut edge "tails", and had cut off my company URL from the print area.

We have used this company for years and have always appreciated the quality, specific instructions, and personal messages we can put in our cards.

This is a great company for printing business cards and at the lowest prices. Will recommend to family and friends.

The product itself is great but the delivery was not. The package was placed by my side gate INSTEAD of my front door - if not for me walking around I never would have seen it - to top it off it was beginning to rain

I paid the extra $10 to have my ordered checked. They did a great job. My sticky notes turned out wonderful!

Ive used 123Print for many years. It started as a temporary solution until I coulld get permanent business cards designed. However I loved their design template so much, Ive kept it. I've been able to edit and make channges over the years. Their customer service is great. A live human answers the phone.
