123refills Reviews

I thought the cartridges I received were incompatible with my printer, but Steve immediately recognized the problem and pointed out that there was a print head included with my cartridges. I printed a test page while Steve was still with me, and it worked great! I was extremely happy that my problem was so easily solved by Steve!

Steve was very helpful. I made my order. Hoping everything goes well. I will follow up with another review once I get the toner.

I was asked for a password, I entered the password then tried to log in and was told my password was not accepted. I then received a password to use from 123refills. Tried taht password and that also was not accepted??????

Patrick in the sales dept helped me determine which drum was the best for my use. We also determined a replacement toner cartrige to add to the the order. I was very pleased with the guidance that Patrick gave me. It indeed was a quality service that he gives and Patrick should be commended for it. Employees such as he, I am certain, is of great benefit to your company.
