Jack and Jesse were quick and worked efficiently, They worked in excessive heat and did a professional job.

For start to finish, it took about one hour to remove the furniture (many pieces) and load the truck.

As Senior citizens, our experience with 1-800-Got-Junk was easy and saved us a lot of time and potential injuries.

We highly recommend the use of the service for seniors clearing stuff from their house,

These two guys were scheduled for between 6-8 in the evening as living in the city core I was concerned they’d get waylaid in rush hour traffic! Well they were super early arrived right on the dot when they said they’d be here. They were super polite, efficient, friendly and just gave great customer service, it took them all of 15 mins before they were on their way.
I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such amazing customer service from any company! I would use these guys again and again!! I can’t thank you enough guys!!

Price was great for removing old mattress etc too I expected more pleasantly surprised so affordable!!

Got Junk is such an easy solution for getting rid of odd stuff. They can come at very short notice, and are good at keeping the customer informed with reminders of the appointment and confirmation of arrival time.

I am very happy with the two men who came to remove an unwanted barbque yesterday. They were quick to remove the barbque, polite and on time. They had to make two trips to my home as the first timethey came when I called, when I removed the cover off the barbque to be moved, there was a wasp nest. I contacted an exterminator to come on Wednesday and as soon as he got rid of the wasps and waited a bit for the spray to fade away, I called your company to book a trip for removing the barbque. Your team came promptly. I will definitely use your service again.
