Load Up required thousands of dollars payment up front, and they never showed. The customer service agent was extremely rude and unhelpful.
This was a time sensitive job, We stayed home the entire day waiting for someone to call or show up. Wasted money on a truck rental.
Do NOT recommend.

Worst company ever unprofessional I used to work for them. They try to scam you on jobs.

NOT a customer service oriented organization. DO NOT trust the quote process. Sent a picture of exactly what was to be picked up. Asked to "approximate" what was there. I gave an approximation. Day of pick-up driver asks to delay a day. I reluctantly agreed to delay to a non-business day. On pick-up driver does NOT complete pick-up gets to the "approximate" number and leaves the rest of the pile. Incomplete job, refuse to come back out and complete the job. Want to charge me additional to come back out and complete job. Untrustworthy company DO NOT USE! Definitely not customer service oriented. I wrote this review after many unproductive interactions with your LoadUp escalation team, they were less that helpful or constructive. A quick reply on a review is not indicative of a customer service oriented company.

Shuler arrived when we expected and removed my old freezer from my basement quickly and without any issues.

I had my treadmill Disassembled and removed by Load up and it was done with respectfulness and guys were very polite and courteous would recommend them to anyone great job and very professional

If I can put negative 100, I will. I paid $536 because they told me that I need to pay first and they will find people to help me unload my furnitures. I drove all the way from Canada to the US via U-haul expecting that somebody will be there to help me, since I already paid them, guess what, nobody showed up. I kept on calling them, they told me that they will find people to help me the next day, nobody showed up again. I have to pay extra for the U-haul expecting that they will send someone today. I received a text saying that they need a couple of DAYS to find someone to do the job, A COUPLE OF DAYS. They expect me to keep on paying U-haul until they find people to do the job. That is a freaking joke. I asked for a refund and they told me that they need to review it. Review what? I paid them $536 for nothing and they need to review if they will return my money or NOT???? NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT CARE IF THE JOB IS DONE OR NOT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Don’t be fooled by this people.

Noah was my loader today. He arrived on time, was pleasant and very professional. He was easy to work with and very hardworking. This is the first time I used Load Up but would not hesitate to use them again after the excellent experience I had with Noah.

Booking the appointment was easy enough. I provided photos, answered specific questions and was quickly scheduled for a whole house clean out the next day.
Their team arrived promptly, did a brief walkthrough and did a great job.

You took care of everything that I requested to be removed. They were very sweet and polite. Great job!!
