Arrived within scheduled time , completed the job and cleaned up when they were done.

The service was really great and the estimate was reasonable. I needed to get a few bulky items removed from home that was taking up space in my garage and back yard. My appointment window was accurate the worker was very professional when retrieving items. I will highly recommend and plan on using them in the future.

Had an adjustable queen bed hauled away. Was able to schedule service same-day for a fair price. Booking process online was very easy. Team was very nice and it didn't take long at all.

This business merely exists to scam naive folks looking to have their junk removes. Charging a 20% cancellation fee when all of their scheduling is done through their automated system is a scam. Charging a 50% cancellation fee when canceling after rescheduling is vile. Do not give this scam company your money. Do better research than I did and hire a local junk removal service.

They are absolutely scammers! I booked a couch pickup, and never heard a word from anyone the day of the pickup. I had to reach out and was told they couldn't find anyone in my area to pick up the couch. Then they texted after my pickup window and said someone could come the next day during the work day. I'm expected to take 4 hours off work for a company that has already bailed on me? No way. Now they say if I don't reschedule, they're going to charge me 50%!!! But they never showed and the only attempt to reschedule is during a time that doesn't work. This company is awful and needs to be shut down. I want my money back! I paid for a service that was never provided.

The copy and paste response from the owner is unacceptable. I will file a charge back with my bank if I don't receive a full refund. I didn't cancel the booking, you guys didn't show up. That's a huge difference. I expect this to be resolved today.

Workers were right on time. Had no problems finding my house. Friendly! Wouldn’t let me help with loading the cinder blocks! Would use your company again.

Load Up worked great for me to clear the extra furniture from my mother-in-law's home after an estate sale. I didn't know what would be left so I couldn't plan ahead. I sent photos to LoadUp and Clyde and his crew came the next day and took it all away. It was easy and a huge relief since we had two days to clear the house.
