Used this entity approx. 2 years ago now and would provide the caveat that this entity is dubious. We were tired and"under the gun" whilst moving. Were profoundly astounded when, after the fact got an exorbitant bill for removal of items, not all junk. When I complained post service was told that they would incur further costs beyond removal in sorting items at their warehouse. ie some were marketable but somehow it was acceptable that i would incur the cost of their future sales.??Wouldn't dream of recommending them. Seek out alternate offerings.

Raven explained the process and pricing very clearly. He gave us good advice regarding the most cost effective way to handle a large ungainly item. Raven and his partner worked very quickly and made two separate trips although it was very late. He was very pleasant and positive. It was outstanding service for a fair price.

Matthew was prompt, courteous and detailed.

We had a situation whereby we were closing on a house on Monday, and we were told last minute on Friday that the new owner did not want some of the "good condition" furniture that we had left behind. My brother and I neither had the time nor the desire to move a piano, bedroon set, and other heavy, unwieldy items. Who ya gonna call? No, not Ghostbusters. You call 1800gotjunk? They booked it for the next morning, arrived on time, were friendly, polite, worked efficiently and carefully, and within 90 minutes the deed was done. Was it inexpensive? No! Was it fair? Completely!

Carlos and Alex were very professional & efficient. I am very pleased. They came as scheduled & they took my sofa quickly.

Polite, kind, professional, and very thorough!! They did an amazing job, and went over and above offering to remove some plastic pieces, weeds, and raking up at the end and making my shed look better than it ever has! 🙌🏼😎💕👍 a big THANK YOU to both of them for helping me so much and being so kind! Kudos to them! They are the reason I will have a return job once I start on my garage! 🥰

Although staff is friendly and fast, the service does not match the prices. They forgot parts and their own items. They came back upstairs to get their binder and I handed them one of the parts of the bed that they forgot. Later I realized they forgot another part of the bed, arranged for them to come back (2 hrs later), saying they would call when on their way and when they arrived. I received one call in which no response when I answered. Then received a message saying they had come and left. They then sent another driver (another hour and half). The time and money spent do not match the service, causing me to waste time and have unnecessary stress.

Luca and Colin are a great team. Really helped us out. Very courteous and respectful. Took great care in moving some large items from our home. Great job and Well Done, men. Thanks again.

Jordan and Will did an excellent job. They explained what they were doing and were very thoughtful about carrying items through the house.

Alex and Kristopher were amazing! Super helpful with all my questions and they worked so quickly and efficiently!

Matthew and Shemar were awesome! Communication was excellent, and my pickup was easy to book.

Absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. Unlike so many things these days, the customer service was great. They told me when they were going to show up; they called to confirm that they'd be there on time and also answered a couple of questions I had; they showed up EARLY; and best of all, the staff were really lovely. They answered all my questions, helped me decide on the best option, and - most importantly - took my junk away efficiently and for a reasonable price.

Harman and Owen were very polite and professional. They worked within my tight time frame to get the job done on time and it was very much appreciated!

These guys were great! Punctual, hard working, professional and friendly, they went above and beyond. Much better than expected!

I had a very heavy grill to get rid of - and I was able to schedule same day pickup. The guys communicated almost every hour to be sure I was home when they came, and the 2 men who came to remove it were cheerful and professional. I HIGHLY recommend the service!

the kids they sent were fine. they were trying to maintain the 'company line' which was necessary to keep their job. however I find disingenuous the companies rate structure which is like a certain gutter companies. that is, the cost is whatever the market will bare. for that reason I will not use got junk again. kids worked hard in the heat.

Very efficient operation. You call, discuss your job and set a date. You only receive a price after Got-Junk has seen what is tore picked up, usually on the scheduled pick-up day. The pricing seemed very reasonable. They can provide a COI if needed.
Their crew was fast, left everything neat and clean and were pleasant to deal with, as were all their staff. Highly recommended.
