Had a very good experience. I was new in moped and the instructor Mr Manik made it so easy for me. He is extremely good as an instructor and will make you comfortable in the whole Journey. I will definitely recommended this training Center if you are looking for a CBT Training.

The office staff were very efficient .Emailing you promptly.
All instructors were knowledgeable and friendly.
I never had to wait long for a test
I passed Mod 1 and 2 with 1 stop instruction I have only praise for everyone .

There is this one instructor named Charlie. He literally solved all my problems tthe way he teaches with love and attention and he does t get annoyed even when my brains starting to think for God's sake how is my instructor putting up with me. But Charlie he is a different breed.

My sincerest gratitude to the 1 stop Instruction's team for guiding, mentoring and training me to pass my CBT, Mod 1, and Mod 2, to a complete motorcycle license. I cannot speak Highly Enough of 1 Stop. The Entire Experience from Day 1, throughout my training journey has been absolutely Fantastic! With no experience I was able to complete it all in a short space of time, thanks to these guys. This training school surpasses its competitors.

Despite having many motorcycle training schools locally in my area, I travelled 30 miles each time, to be trained by the best!

Pepsi is a great mentor, and a coach. An absolute MasterClass! He will help you fulfil your true potential in becoming a great strategic, defensive rider on the open road. He is very informative, and technical. His passion for riding is contagious.

Pete: I've had a couple of 1-2-1 lessons with Pete, a Cool Guy, No nonsense approach, very knowledgeable, encouraging, and he took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Lots of advice on how to ride defensively, and safely.

Tony: Took me to the Test Center for my MOD 2, and I passed, thanks to his positive, and encouraging approach. highly motivating and insightful. Cool Dude!

The structure of their training is a top-notch, genuine, specific and paced in a way that builds confidence, fast development, and being safe on the road.

Bev, Their customer service support is second to none. I was completely impressed with her professionalism.

I don't usually write reviews, but I am a satisfied client, and these guys deserve it. I take my hat off to them. I highly recommend this training school, to anyone looking to obtain a Full Motorcycle License.

Really good instructors and facility at fairlop. Passed my CBT. Had a glance at the low rated reviews and some of them suggested that the instructors were racist which is not the case at all, but in fact very patient and helpful.

A proper company with quality instructors, ive used them since I was able to take my first CBT then when I was 19 to do my A2 and finally went back to upgrade my A2 to the full motorcycle license, The training taught will not only keep you safe it it will make you pass your test listen to the instructors at all times and you will fly through your course i cannot fault this company or instructors massive thanks again to Pepsi and Pete 5*****

First of all thanks to Pepsi, cavel, Steve, Peter and Alex, great instructors, Pepsi I cudntv done it without ur expertise many thanks ur a great teacher, you have built a great great school for riding, so if anyone wants to pass their CBT, A1,A2 nd unrestricted license this is the training provider to go with with out a doubt , u will pass In no time, I passed my DAS the second time but that was due to my dumbness nd very much nervousness the first time, the facilities is good enuf for me, the test dates were really fast to get with the company, overall I would give more then 5 stars

Brilliant place to take your cbt good honest instructors.

After being more than satisfied after completing my second CBT with this training provider I desided to do my DAS (full motorcycle license) with them. I didnt have a motorcycle at the time and not much recent experience riding so a friend of mine sugegsted to do 1:2:1 sessions with them to further improve my skills. The trainers were very professional and patient but also strick and consistent to not repeat mistakes on the road. Their experience and knowledge of the areas where exams take place helped me prepare even better for my test. They have great Suzuki bikes very friendly models and easy to ride. I am fortunate to share that I passed first time! Great job 1 Stop team!

Initially a bit daunting but soon put nerves to rest

After failing my Mod 1 back in 2022, my confidence was shattered and my anxiety was through the roof. I genuinely thought I’d have to give up my dream of becoming a biker chick – until I was referred to the 1-Stop team.

In July, I repeated my CBT and booked a few 1-to-1 lessons with Pepsi, Tony, Pete, and Kav – and what a difference! Thanks to their expert guidance, I passed both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on my first attempt and am now confidently riding a 650cc.

Yes, the team can be strict – but that’s exactly why their training works. My riding skills have improved massively, my confidence has soared, and most importantly, they never let me quit.

Pepsi, Kav, Tony, and Pete are fantastic instructors, genuinely passionate about getting their students safely and confidently on the road. And a special mention to Bev in the office, who ensures test dates fit perfectly around your schedule.

If you want to ride – and ride well – this is the school to choose. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My names bianca and I didn't even know how to ride a ped. I passed me CBT with 1stop thanks to Charlie!

I then did the full course and they made me so comfortable especially I was a female with NO EXPERIENCE. Never knew how to ride gears and in the space of a month I have passed both mod 1 and mod 2. I had two 1 to 1 and and I was already on the road. If anything is thinking about doing the full course I would absolutely recommend 1stop! They believed in me and I can't thank them enough 🙏

Was great, instructor tony explained clearly and had amazing energy, very well co-ordinated.

Good jokes, good advice, calm demeanour

I passed my CBT and I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. The booking process was smooth and the informative emails before the day were clear and concise.

The facilities were….ok. It’s basically a warm container ship with no fridge (not great for my tuna sandwich lol). But that’s not a disaster.

My issue is with the instructor, Steve (Ilford test Centre). He clearly had a negative bias to the Indian guy on my course, so much so that he gave him the worst equipment, shouted at him constantly and basically felt that he had the right to continually talk down to him. He’d have banter with some other students about pie and mash and the 70s and then swear constantly if the Indian guy struggled with something he had literally learnt for 5 minutes.

This is meant to be a course, but from the start there was no real teaching, it was instead barking and swearing. I get we all have off days but I got the impression that Steve thrives on sending people home early.

The Indian guy got sent home (he wasn’t the best but I do feel that he would have been better if he was actually taught rather than ridiculed).

The rest of the day continued and we went out on the road. Constant contradictions from Steve on communication, things like

Steve: “school on your right always 20 mph…”
Then “why are you only going 20 mph ffs…”
Me “because we’re going past a school”
Steve “don’t wanna hear it”

I passed as there was nothing he could really fail me on but I can definitely see how so many people fail here. Steve makes you feel on edge constantly, and as though you are a naughty kid. I’m a 40 year old finance professional! Not that it matters, everyone should be spoken to with a certain level of respect.

I would avoid this company at all costs, not because the facilities are a bit shoddy (the helmets and gloves are mouldy and stink) but purely just because for 200 quid, you’d expect professionalism and common courtesy. You don’t get that here. Will be looking elsewhere when I have to renew in 2 years.

I had an excellent experience during my CBT training – everything was extremely well-organised and professional. Peter was not only highly knowledgeable, but also friendly and patient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire day went perfectly, and I felt safe and confident throughout the training. I would highly recommend it!

Actually one of the instructor called Steve is really rude and impolite towards trainees .
