I was so nervous about ordering curtains as I’ve never had made to measure before and they weren’t a cheap option. I called up to double check a few things and the guy was so incredibly helpful. I took the plunge and ordered the velvet curtains and they are really good, I’m so pleased with them and so is my daughter! Was quoted 3x times more at a local curtain place so am pleased I did it myself! Would recommend :)

I am pleased with the curtains but a month after receiving them they are still not hanging!!!
They are far too heavy for existing track and because I didn’t make a purchase from other firms they won’t supply a pole.

Hi Ann,
Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry to hear your existing pole isn't holding up the curtains as it should.
I've sent you an email with some advice on how best to resolve this.
If there’s anything else you need, please feel free to let me know.
Kind regards,
Dion H

Good fabric quality and perfectly made. The only thing is that the colour in the photo is a shade or two lighter than it is in reality. Other than that, I am very satisfied

Samples for 4 different options arrived within 24 hours of ordering. The service we received from 247 at every stage was absolutely excellent. We ordered our curtains having decided on which sample we preferred and are completely satisfied with the results.

Hi David,
Thank you for sharing your feedback—I'm really pleased to hear you're impressed with your new curtains and that they arrived quickly.
I wanted to let you know that I did try to call you about the tie backs, but wasn’t able to reach you, so I’ve sent you an email with more information.

BEDROOM CURTAINS
THIS IS THE SECOND SET OF BEDROOM CURTAINS I HAVE ORDERED AND HAD MADE UP TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. THEY LOOK AS THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN MADE WITH LOVE, CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY IN WHICH THEY WERE WRAPPED/PACKED/DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND AND IF I NEED ANYMORE BEDROOM CURTAINS I KNOW WHERE TO GO. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
