Non drill click and fit blind - customer service
I bought a non drill click and fit blind for my daughter who has been a little rough and lost a part. On the off chance of being able to repurchase a part, I emailed 247 blinds and they have sent new parts for both ends of the blind at no cost and with 1-2 working days. Outstanding customer service! Will use again!

Overall a good purchase
I liked the website, instant cost calculator for made to measure and the actual curtains are well made and slightly better than what i was expecting.
I didn't like tracking service which didn't work and even a direct call couldn't provide shipping details.

The curtains were made well and we are very pleased with them.
We also had blinds. These too were of good quality but we did request a longer chain as original was much too short. This request was dealt with quickly.

Fantastic selection of fabrics
Fantastic selection of fabrics, easy to order, and well made. However I would suggest ordering much wider than you need as they JUST meet, hardly any gather at all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service
I just wanted to say that this has been the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
Connor was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He delivered a truly first-class experience, kept me informed throughout, and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer.
I'm a returning customer, and this experience has completely reassured me that I made the right decision to shop here again. It's rare to receive service of this standard these days, and Connor is a real credit to the company.
Thank you again for such exceptional service. I will definitely be returning in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending both Connor and the company to others.
