It’s been 4 weeks and I have not received my order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that I did receive a reply to my email inquiring the status of my order. I have not received any resolution as yet. This is a birthday gift for my granddaughter and at this point I have no idea if it will be here in time or not. I wish I would have known it would take a month to get here from China.

So far there has been no info about the delivery of the necklaces I ordered several weeks ago. I am disappointed. No tracking on UPS websites available.

Tracking numbers appear to be false.

Shipping Status: Marked as shipped on May 29, 2026, via USPS with tracking number WE00002977682CN.

4am today "Jane" tells me:

This is not found by USPS.

I don't feel good about this.

If I had a choice, I wouldn't leave a star at all because the item I bought was supposed 2B 925 Sterling silver non tarnishing, no fading. But yet that's exactly what it did. And it was a Mother's Day gift to my wife and my wife is highly upset.Because the website has said they will replace it.And I would receive notification of new shipment soon , but that's been over a month now with no response , yet from them 37necklaces.com

In order to get your gift on time, you need to order way on advance. Also check where item is being shipped from. Should have read the comments with so many negative and researched the company. I won't be using this company in the future.

Still waiting on order to ship. Communication was good at first and now I have nit received my items or gotten a shipping message. Contacted company twice and all I'm being told is that they are reaching out to the seller? Once the seller sends them a confirmation that items have been lost they well send replacements?. Too bad because I wanted to order other items but will not now since I now feel like I'm out my money.

I ordered this item over 2 months ago, have yet to deliver.

I placed my order almost a month ago. I was told that it would be in within a couple of weeks. My mothers Birthday was April 17th, & it was a Birthday gift to her from me. My mother is 81 & has Dementia. With that being the case, God only knows if this is going to be her last Birthday on Earth.God forbid. They now have ruined my Mother's Birthday & I'm really trying to figure out what's going on here. They also gave me a USPS tracking # that doesn't exist, whatsoever.I want my money back, & I want this place to be taken down & out of business, immediately. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau, &anyone else I can get in contact with, possibly a Lawyer...

Ordered a book necklace a month ago still have not received it

I ordered a necklace in November and it didn't show up as promised for Christmas. I emailed the company and told them I wanted a refund and they responded that they would resend my item but with expedited shipping, at no cost to me so I agreed. That was later in January and here it is after Valentines Day and it still hasn't arrived so I sent another email stating I wanted a refund because I now saw on the tracking app that there is a delay and it could be for multiple reasons. As of writing this review, I have still not heard back from the company and I have not received my refund.
Do not order from this company.

Ordered a necklace on Dec 14, when it was advertised that it would arrive before Christmas. It's now January 10th and I still haven't received the item. I contacted support multiple times but they are of 0 help. I will be contacting my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

My order has been in transit since December the 9th. I have reached out via email to the company and the only response I received is " your package is in transit." That response was followed by how I could follow them on facebook, instagram, and tick tock as if I would want to. I will never order from this company again, it's trash. I will more than likely be disputing this on my credit card. I highly suggest you find your product for your loved one somewhere else!

I placed an order the first week of December, and I still have not received the order. They guaranteed it by Christmas, but here we are. Still not delivered. They have until January 1, 2026 to deliver or I am reporting them to the attorney general's office. I will then dispute the charge and my bank will take the money back. Do not order from this site. They are not on the up and up.

Shipping is a joke. Order a necklace on 12/2 for a Christmas gift. It's now 12/24 and no update on eta. Don't order unless you have a lot of time to wait for delivery. I can't say if the jewelry is decent or not because I haven't received it yet. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a ring in memory if my mom. Was so happy when it came in. I showed it to everyone. After wearing it for a week the 925 silver ring has turned copper color. This was a reasonable price for 925 silver, so I thought. I got ripped it's only plated. I am choked, the ring was perfect till it wasn't.
