4inkjets Reviews

Quick shipping. Great product!

Reasonable prices, free shipping, fast delivery

We love this company. We've been using them for years to buy ink cartridges for our printers. We are a very low volume user: We only maintain a printer due to government compliance and tax records. And they have been great. When firmware 'updates' strike, they take care of us, and that's very much appreciated.

GOOD PRODUCTS!

This is not a company I choose to do business with again. I would recommend placing your business in the hands of a trustworthy and honorable company, rather than one which pushes at all opportunities to squeeze you for more money.

I LOVE betting my inkjets from 4inkjets! They are inexpensive, work great, and the shipping is fast. And I love that the free shipping starts at a reasonable amount.

Got order quickly. Yet to confirm quality of replacement cartridges for my Epson XP-640.

Easy to order, quick shipping and great selection. We'll have to see how the cartridge compatibility is, but so far, so good.

Perfect order, from start to finish. I've ordered from 4inkjets before and have never been disappointed. I have used the re-manufactured toners and have not ever been let down. Not only the products have an affordable price, the ordering is so fast and on point. I will order again from 4inkjets, and I recommend to any unsure buyer to try it you will not be disappointed. Thanks 4inkjets.com

Great product at a great price, and excellent service.

Toner did not ship, they did not issue refund, been asking for a week now and they are lying about refunding it. Scammers.

Reasonable price. Quality product. Good response time.

I placed an order and 4inkjets charged my Visa immediately. 4 months later, i had not received the product and come to find out that they didn't have the product in stock, and had been waiting for it to become available. In the mean time i found product elsewhere and cancelled the order. A return was made to my Visa, but $10 less than the original charge, due to "exchange rates". Through many emails and phone calls, i was told they couldn't rectify anything due to the exchange rate...... So in other words, I lost $10 .... they did not care.

Prompt shipping, quality ink cartridges, excellent pricing and responsive customer service.

Called their customer service line to look for a package that was over two weeks late. They ship you off to a Call Center in the Philippines with account reps who can only speak broken English and can only read the script from their manual. They could not track the package or get me to anyone who could. I called three days in a row asking to speak with a Supervisor or Manager and was denied access every single time. Finally, I just cancelled the order and demanded that they refund my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... Go anywhere else.

Really terrible customer service. They sell faulty products and don't stand behind them. It's a shame, as they were my go-to ink site but it's back to Printpal for me. I have 2 cyan ink cartridges that my printer won't recognize and who knows how many more I bought from this site that I haven't tried to use yet. I contacted them back on June 12 about my issue and 7 weeks later I still don't have a refund or replacement, but they keep stringing me along. I'm starting to think this has become a scam site, but it used to be legit. Would NOT recommend purchasing ink from this site. I see from the other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem either.

I have ordered from this company for well over five years now with no issues. This past order has been a disaster. They only shipped half the order and one of the toner cartridges was faulty. I never received a shipping notification either. When I reached out, they asked for photo proof of what I received and then, once everything was satisfactory, they stated they send information to the warehouse to request the shipment be sent out. A week has gone by with not notification of shipping. I reached back out to customer service who stated they had not heard back from the warehouse. Since I have already pushed my print deadline out by a week, I requested a refund. They have lost a loyal customer.
