This company doesn’t stand behind their products and they are scammers. I got over $300 worth of ink pods I can’t use because they didn’t send me the ink pod shells which is needed to use the ink. I have they chances to fix my issue but they refused to do so I wish I could give them zero stars.

horrible service. They said they were out of stock on my order a week after it was suppose to arrive. Don't be fooled by their competitive pricing. It's bait and switch.

Ordered products on 5/18, and approximately 10 days later received less than half my order with no explanation. Reached via e-mail and was told rest of order is on backorder but I would receive within 1-2 weeks. 6 weeks later, still no product or refund.

PLEASE NOTE: It does not matter if items show in stock when ordering. Everything I ordered showed in stock. The company will still take your money without any explanation and not ship your product when they don't have it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Read online reviews and decided to order from them. Big mistake. Placed order via Paypal April 23. They promise fast shipping. April 30, no message that had been shipped. Couldn't reach by phone or email. Filed a claim through Paypal. Company answered them, said one of 4 cartridges I ordered was out of stock. Instead of reaching out to me to give me options, they simply didn't ship. When I told them via Paypal to partial ship, got no answer. Finally, May 11, inks arrived, without ANY branding or copy of invoice as to where they came from. Meanwhile I ordered inks elsewhere. So now I'll have >$50 of ink. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

SCAMMED! They take your money and ship you nothing! There is no way to contact them. No one replies to emails or answers the phone or calls you back. Take your hard earned money and light it on fire instead.

DO NOT ORDER ANY ink from this company!!!! On April 16, 2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5, 2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response to any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I will never order from this company ever again!!

I purchased this toner product on 4-17-24 I have never received product as 5-2-24, can not reach anyone I have left message and emailed, ORDER #06-000256143

Placed an order on April 4, 2024. Bank account was debited on 04/08/24 and as of today, 04/22/24, order is still in "processing". I have called numerous times without any answer or call back. Have also emailed without any response.

Don't buy from this company they WILL steal you money
they where very good in the past but now if you order they keep the money and will NOT send you your order.
This is happen with every body that buys from them.
It all up to you. I keep calling and sending email to them and they don't care. they got your money.

Placed an order March 4, 2024, received April 15.

4Inkjets stole $66 from me. I placed an order in January. When I had not received I emailed them and they replied an apology for the back-order and would ship as soon as they receive more product. 90 days in, still no receipt and no status update. Anorher email about my order was ignored. Their website shows all iems I ordered are in stock. This company is scamming people.

This company is a fraud. Processed my credit card immediately and then backordered the product for 2 months. When they did send the product it had a bad use by date.

I am a business partner for a small artist collective, we had been using this company's product for over a year now and while the ink has served us well- we have had a few issues with the company.

The biggest issue we have had is the failure to ship out our product to us after receiving payment, we never received a shipping confirmation and our ink was never sent in a timely manner.

For other reasons, we decided to switch ink suppliers. When my business partner reached out to them for a refund, they ignored our email and sent out an order we no longer needed.

To say we are disappointed by this is an understatement.

I order Ink from this company and never received it. Total scam!!!! do not order from this company!! It's not a company just something that takes your money. I have tried to call for days and no one answers and no one calls you back. I have sent emails no response.

I found 4inkjets through a list of websites that sell remanufactured ink cartridges. 4inkjets scored highly and offered a 10% coupon on top of their already low prices, so I decided to place an order. At the time, the 4inkjets website had a disclaimer about delayed shipping and handling times. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates about my order after the estimated number of business days. When I visited the website a second time, the disclaimer was gone. The lack of communication made me question the legitimacy of the website. I looked up reviews of 4inkjets on sites like trustpilot and was discouraged by the reviews.

Before going through with a chargeback, I decided to contact customer service through their form. It took them a while to respond to my emails, but I did eventually receive my ink. For your reference, I placed my order on March 11th, and the ink arrived on April 3rd. I was able to install the cartridges and print some test pages without any problems.

I can't see myself giving 4inkjets five stars due to the lack of communication, but I will consider adding another star should the ink cartridges prove to be of good quality well beyond the first day of use. Their promotions can save you more than $10 per cartridge if you do not mind contacting customer service yourself for an update and are in no rush to receive your products. Personally, I don't know whether I am willing to take the risk again.

(I received the cartridges in an LD Products mailer. LD Products and 4inkjets appear to be sister sites, and the latter has better reviews albeit still not stellar.)

I ordered ink cartridges on March 12. The turn around time was quoted as 5 days. It is April 3 and I have no ink. I have called the customer service number 6 times and they always say no one is available to take your call. I am suspicious that they have gone out of business and have taken my money ($100) with them.

4inkjets charged my credit card 10 days ago and still no shipping status. Called them many times but could not get through. Seems to be a very common concern. I wish I read their reviews before I used them.

Can’t get ahold of the company either by email or phone to check on order. Very frustrating; highly recommend not dealing with them

I have moved and failed to update my address with 4Inkjets as I do not use them every month (their cartridges last longer than the manufacturer's). When I received the confirmation I realized my mistake. Though their 800# customer service kept me in a music loop the left me an option to leave a VM. I was quickly addressed, charge removed from my CC and a reorder.
Although my husband used another company ONCE I realized the difference in product quality & I would not consider using any other company for ink cartridges.

Another garbage company...
They sell aftermarket cartridges that don't work right. When they are selling them, they say they will stand by them but then they are not reachable when things go wrong.
Next time, I will look at reviews first and then purchase and if u have not been in business for long, guess what, I will not buy from you crooks. You will meet your fate one way or another...
