I placed an order on 1/23/24. I received a confirmation email the same day with my order number.

Since then, I have received nothing. No follow up emails. No shipment confirmation email. No order. The confirmation email says that there will be an email sent when the order is shipped and that it will have a tracking number. But to date, nothing.

Calls to their 800 number go unanswered. Even if you wait for someone to pick up, they do not, and eventually you are forced to leave a voicemail or just hang up.

Sending an email is no better. I sent several emails, and have not received a response. Not even from a bot.

This makes me wonder if anyone is even there. But they sure made sure to charge my card for payment.

I guess a complaint to the California Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division may be next, unless I get a direct response, and not a suggestion to contact them. It is their turn to contact me.

This is honestly a scam. Took weeks to ship. Then I cancelled order. Several days later they shipped product and asked me to notify them upon receipt. I immediately told them not to ship. Now they are telling me no prepaid return labels. This is a scam and should be reported to BBB.

Do not buy anything from this company. They take your money, but do not deliver what you paid for.

I ordered on December 24, 2023. I received a response stating that their shipment was from 3 to 8 days. It is now January 12, we have no ink for our printer and it is affecting our business. I tried calling them, they had no representatives to take my call, and finally put me to where I had to leave a voicemail. I hope that they call me back, because we really need the ink. From reading some of these other reviews, it appears that this "company" is just a scam to take your money and furnish no product. I hope that my credit card company gives me a refund. Having still not heard from them, I ordered the ink from Amazon Prime which promises delivery by January 14. Cheaper too.

Over 2 decades, I have purchased all my ink from 4InkJets. Hundreds of dollars. When I received my most recent order, it included 3 more ink cartridges than I ordered or paid for. I let the company know, expecting to ship some back and possibly receive one free ink for my trouble. Instead, the following happened.
-- They put me to the trouble of taking a photo and emailing to them
-- They then sent me a postage label. (only)
-- I re-emailed suggesting that they improve the give and take. (I was printing the label with my ink, packaging with my tape, resourcing the box, driving into town to the post office, and spending way to much of my time on their error.)
Their solution was to offer me the sale of the ink cartridges at 50% off, and to call a special number to do the transaction, etc, etc.
By then, not only did I not want to buy and store more ink, I was disgusted. I am shipping the works back to them and ending my business dealings with them. Their one-way attitude is distasteful.

Pitiful outfit...Takes your money...doesn't fill order..Buyer beware..Floating on borrowed time and your money
...If I could give them a minus 10 that would be generous !!!

Ghost company.

They look legit but they are not, anymore. Purchased from them once years ago and it was not bad but this time they completely ghosted on my order. No answers to emails or phone calls. I had to file a claim. Shop around they are not even price competitive.

I have to give them 5 stars ! I have never had a problem with this company . Ive always received my order and pretty quick as well !

REFUND NOT RECEIVED for canceled order from 2 MONTHS AGO! They have all but NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....HORRID!
Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that they are stealing from me.
6 emails now and 1 phone call (literally no one ever answers the phone) in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund. I have sent numerous emails to them kindly asking for my refund of $68.75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A / 36A Black Toner for HP

I'm done with being kind so NOW, I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to Yelp, Google, and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund.

1st I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th
2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18th
SEPT 18, they sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund, then they'd send me an email.
NO EMAIL.
3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd.
OCT 4th, they sent me an email saying they would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY, but I still have not received an email confirming that they are refunding my money, nor have I received a check/refund and it is now October 24th!!!
4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY was OCT 11th.
5th request for refund was emailed today, cc my attorney.

I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th, MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th.
THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.

They never shipped the products, they've repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and they've repeatedly acknowledged the need to refund my money!!!

( Update)When you return a defective cartridge you pay for the return and they take 25% of the original cost off your refund. The refund takes 15 days.My order of $32.00 cost me $13.00 in costs to return a defective item. They need 0 stars

Incapable of owning up to mistakes and makes the customer pay for it. Ships at cheapest rate and even if a product arrives a month late (their mistake), won't accept the return shipping charges for something no longer needed.

Need 0 stars to properly review this operation. The term "ghost company" used in another review is an unintended compliment, since I question whether this company even exists in reality. The website makes it look like an operational entity, but don't be fooled. You place your order & they bill your credit card "immediately", but that is the last you will hear from them. We ordered 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing since. No product. No shipping notice. ZERO response to NUMEROUS emails, & incoming phone calls are NEVER - EVER - answered. Save yourself the aggravation & purchase elsewhere, becuase you will also end up having to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge for non-existent products.

I want to rate them ZERO. I purchased toner from them ( a four pack) without incident. I needed black toner and placed an order. To order, I have to choose my printer and they confirm that I am buying the correct cartridge. I buy it through PayPal. I never receive a confirmation email. I receive the wrong cartridge. They would not provide a return authorization. I complained to PayPal. LDProducts sent me a return authorization, but would not pay for shipping. I discovered that PAYPAL NO LONGER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING! I had to pay $25 to receive a $61 refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 4INKJETS, LDPRODUCTS.COM (which probably owns 4Inkjets) or PAYPAL.

Ordered an paid immediately for product listed "In Stock"; 6 days later order still"processing". Left numerous emails requesting info, and 2 telephone messages, NO response. Finally spoke w/rep who said"Problem w/ cartridges, will be at least additional 2 weeks to ship. I cancelled order, and was told it would take 9 days for refund.

I rarely write negative reviews unless they are definitely warranted and this is one of those times. In December of 2022, I incorrectly ordered 2 inkjet cartridges for my printer from 4 inkjets. I emailed 4inkjets (which by the way is also LD Products Ink) to inquire about a return. Customer service was helpful at first and gave me the necessary information for the return. I promptly sent the return in the 1st week of January via UPS. After many months of emails back and forth stating they did not receive the cartridges I finally received an email on June 1st, confirming they received the ink and that I would receive a refund of $15.13. Today I called to re-order the correct cartridges. I was then told the refund amount was configured incorrectly. It $3.00 and change less than I was quoted. I decided to go ahead and place my order to receive the refund. As I was completing the order the Customer service rep told me that there would be a $5.99 shipping fee. I kindly asked to have the fee waived in good faith as it has taken 6 months to get this resolved. CS rep conferred with Supervisor and but they were unwilling to do so. Even though the amount of this transaction is a minimal amount, the lack of service and the time it took for me to get this resolved was unacceptable. I have used them for many years, but after this encounter, I will no longer recommend them to anyone. On a positive note, I will say that the customer representative I spoke to today was very polite, but her hands were tied.

If you actually want the product you ordered, go elsewhere. Mine (all 3 items) were out of stock and the company didn't let me know. I waited two weeks for delivery, and then called and emailed their c.s. team. Days later a response, but by then I'd filed a ticket through Paypal.

Take your business elsewhere.

I placed an order because I needed something fast and they say they ship within a day on the west coast. 2 weeks later, nothing has shipped and they continue to claim the order wasn't "pushed through" but now they've pushed it through. They've pushed it through so many times, who knows where it was "pushed" to. It would be funny if it didn't disrupt our business.

Website looks so legit, but wishing I'd done more research. This company will accept your order and your money but then not follow through with sending the product, not answer phones, not return phone calls, nor respond to emails. After multiple attempts to reach someone, anyone, I've contacted my credit card company to file a claim. Very disappointing, especially when we needed the products urgently.

Customer service is non-existent. I cannot get an email back or anyone to pick up the phone when I call.

I ordered 3 color and one black cartridges for a Brother Printer on 1/20/23. My card was charged on 1/21. Since then, 11 days later, I have the black cartridge but have yet to receive the three color cartridges. My last 3 calls to their customer service line have never gotten through despite being repeatedly placed on hold and then being forced to leave a name, phone and customer order number on their voice mail. NONE of those have EVER been returned. On the rare occasion when I have made contact, I am subjected to a long pause while they "check on the order status with the warehouse," then return to tell me nobody can answer right away but they should have information "in 1-3 business days," and will call me back. They never do.

Email messages can take up to six DAYS to get responses and in every case they are "checking with the warehouse" on the status of the missing order and they will get back to me in
"1-3 business days." They never did

They clearly do NOT have the missing items in stock and are stalling in hopes of filling the order. I have specifically told them to cancel the order for the three color cartridges but am informed they can't do that until "we check with the warehouse because we sent it over there and we need to know whether it has been shipped," and of course THAT will take "1-3 business days.."

And even as I was getting this latest bit of lies, I was astounded to find in my mailbox, a CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION survey asking for my opinions on how they were doing!!!! CLUELESS!!!!

In a functioning business, information about inventory, orders, order status, shipping information is kept on computers. At 4inkjets, it appears the entire business involves tin cans and a string stretching from their offices in CA to some mysterious "warehouse" located three days away by pony express. Spread the word. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!

PS: A FOLLOW UP - The missing three cartridges showed up this afternoon from somewhere in Ohio although 4InkJets is in CA. No explanation, but there they were.

HOWEVER, this does NOT change my rating or my urging to avoid doing business with this firm. They do not tell you the truth, they clearly do not have specific products in stock many times but try and stall you while they seek to fill the order, they seem to have no idea where inventory or shipments are at any given point in time and they repeatedly refuse to respond to multiple voice mails, left after failing to connect with an agent "because they are all busy." They also appear to operate as LD Products and claim 20 years of highly rated service. Not based on my experience or the other reviews I see here!
