After almost a month, no information on my package being shipped. Obscure customer service. I regret not doing more research

I ordered a set of cartridges totaling $78.35. They did not work with my new printer. They sent me replacements that also did not work. Between these events I had to use epson ink. When I asked for a refund the answer was not because its e as over a year since the first order. Each call to customer service was a slightly different story.

7 weeks after I placed my order, I get the second half of my order. No notifications of delays. I had to chase them down twice. No apologies. Just a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ whatever attitude.

I placed an order for a printer cartridge over a month ago. When I placed the order, system would be received in 4 days. Now, over a month later, every time I call I am told to wait a few more days for an update. This company is obviously a scam operation. I am working to get a refund on my credit card and hopefully this will happen.

I ordered a set (4) of color inks for my HP printer in late November/early December. I received a Magenta cartridge on 12/06/22 and after calling the company, I received a Cyan cartridge on 12/28/22. I called again shortly thereafter and was told the inks are sent from different locations and that I will be sent an email detailing the delivery of the other two cartridges. It is now January 7, 2023 and I have yet to receive the cartridges nor the promised email. I will not deal with this company in the future and do not recommend it to anyone else.

The company sells products that are not in stock and continue to sell. My first order was canceled by the company because they did not know when they will have it in stock. I canceled a second order after 7 days when I was told the order is in process.

SHOP ELSEWHERE. I paid extra for expedited delivery on a specific date because I needed the product within a specific timeframe. The package did not arrive within the paid timeframe. Originally they said (in writing) I would be refunded for the expedite fee ("Rest assured that if you will not receive the package on 11/14. We can process a refund and only charge you for our standard delivery shipping fee.") When the package didn't arrive on time, they completely switched positions (stating, for example, "the courier bears the expense of shipment, not us" -- even though I paid them and not the courier) and refused to refund the extra fee. Gave me the runaround. I asked to speak with a manager, was told one would call me and nobody ever did. Not honorable. We have so many choices for these products, why deal with a company like this?

I ordered a "cheap" bundle specifically for a pixma6220D and the black cartridges don't fit! only the color ones. Obviously I tried a couple and now they don't want them back. Don't go for cheap, and less with ink4jets. never again

I ordered a number of ink cartridges but none were shipped the same day because one color was unavailable. The company did not notify me that it will take two weeks to get the missing color, did not ship the available colors but they are very good in apologizing for their mistakes. Poor service, terrible customer service and all around unreliable company.

I put in a negative review, they did not post it as of yet, this ink is junk, fake 5 star reviews, works for a while then, prints non legible no help from cleaning or alignment, replaced cartridge with no help, thought the printer broke, before i trashed it, I purchase original HP ink from ebay for a good price, worked like a charm. this ink is junk, waste of $100.00... Wish I would have come to Trustpilot before I bought from this scammer company.
UPDATE: 4Ink Jets sent me Ink replacements, In good faith, I will try them when my current ink runs out.

I ordered 3 bottles of black ink. They sent a crappy mini office supply kit instead where the items are so small that they belong in a Barbie doll house. They aren't usable. I called the company to get a refund and they refuse until I send back the Barbie doll items. This is a scam company. They pretend to charge less for ink, take the money, then send you some cheap. 05 item of plastic crap that they probably stole. When you call for a refund, they act like they need their cheap. 05 item back before you get a refund. I never ordered the "Mini Office Supply Kit". I have the real size of the items in this "kit" that I bought through Costco. Turn and run from these creeps!

The worst ink leaked out all over my hands .. threw in out in garbage Call customer they said sorry but sorry for mistake Stay away

I purchased 5 cartridges from 4inkjets and 3 of them didn’t work or were exhausted very early. I have tried to return them for at least part of my $93 investment and have not heard a peep out of 4inkjets. I recommend people do not purchase these inferior products and customer service from this company.

4inkjets is a corrupt company who will steal your money. They are lying when they say "200% Guarantee." Their own website brought up an XXL cartridge for my specific Brother printer, but because I opened the package, expecting that it would fit, they won't take it back, nor give me a credit for the $30 they've charged me. #1 - they don't honor their own standards and #2 - their website may bring up products that won't work in your printer. Worst "legal" business in California and Texas I know of. They are crooks, and the managers don't care.

Purchased 4 xerox ink cartridges and one was defective. Wrote to customer service for a refund or replacement. Here is their response “ Thank you for contacting us. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Since OEM are not our products but we are resellers of these items, and manufacturers will/should assist you regarding OEM warranty.
Please contact Xerox: 800-275-9376”

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an order a while ago. I barely use my printer. So when I finally went to use my second batch of ink. One of the cartridge leaked all over my rug and in my printer. Another cartridge was missing. It never came with the order. I contacted 4inkjets to see if I can get my money back or even get the order resent to me. Nope all they were willing to do is send me the missing cartridge and the cartridge that leaked. My rug gets ruined, my printer got ruined and I still got ink on my hands that won't wash off, and all their willing to do is send me 2 lousy cartridges. To save a customer and make them happy I guess isn't what they wanted to do. It actually worked out for the best. I went on Amazon and did a search for printer ink and wow!! So many great companies to buy from. Plus the prices are way better and the shipping comes within 2 days. So I guess I owe 4inkjets a thank you for making me find another company to use for my ink.

I would give this company a 0 rating if I could. Received an email advising me the order had shipped. There are still no tracking details available and it's now 13 days since it supposedly shipped. The delivery date provided used keeps being extended. So, I called Customer Service and the rep tells me to wait 8 more days until the carrier reports the item lost. What? DO NOT order from this company.

Placed an order on 10/25/2021 it left them on the 26 and I begin tracking it through the link they provided. That link stated that it arrived at a USPS location with no other update for days. I contacted 4inkjet.com via email about possibly buying another ink, but using another carrier. It was then I was informed that the ink wasn't still in transact through DHL to USPS, then it would be mailed to me. Anyway. I will be cancelling my order because I needed it before Thanksgiving, which is by my calculation it is due to arrive. What's worst I have to return the ink, wait to they process the return and then wait another almost 2 weeks before they will refund my money. This was my first time using 4inkjet.com and I will never use them again.

I was sent cartridges and replacement pods that dont fit my printer- wrong items sent. HORRIBLE customer service. To get a return they insist on multiple pictures and steps... just for them to correct their mistake. ORDER ELSEWHERE
