This company is the worst. Apparently, this company is the warehouse for this Quickship I found online. While I understand mistakes happen, I don't understand how a company can't correct their mistake immediately. I have been given the run around for 3 weeks now. I still don't have the toners I ordered 3 weeks ago. I guess cheap comes with a headache. Save yourself the aggravation and do not order through 4inkjet or Quickship.

I ordered the LD brand ink cartridges and received a brand I never heard of and 3 in plain white boxes. Bait and switch. Called them and they would not accept a return

Ordered 4 HP cartridges, 2 arrived on time, 1 week later but black took 4 weeks longer. Installed all 4 same time. Black would not work, took out, cleaned printer heads, tested but still did not work. Other 3 worked fine. Told 4inkjets about the problem, they told me to do what I already did, twice. They claimed it was beyond 30 days and they could not refund me or replace the black one. It was beyond 30 days from date of order, but not my actual day of delivery. They said I should contact HP directly about this. HP did not ship this cartridge to me, 4inkjets shipped it from their stock. Needless to say, I have to spend another $35 for a new black cartridge but it won't be from 4inkjets, I'll guarantee that. This service is unacceptable and I will never order from them again. BEWARE buyers!!!!!

Order a Black Toner cartridge for our company printer, Was order on 2/12/21. I call a week later and was informed it's back ordered. (no prior notification was sent to say back ordered). Was told it would be in the following Monday. I called back 4 days after i was told it would be in and was told again it was still back ordered. There was nothing on the website stating back ordered when i placed the order, and I had no communications from them regarding the order and I had to call them 3 times for a status and I ending up canceling the order 2 weeks after I ordered the item. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. In addition they show no concern for there error.

Have used them for a couple years. I believe they have a sister company 123 inkjets maybe. Anyway, been fairly satisfied with their products. This time, I bought official HP Toner, and they came in with writing all over the boxes, ripped boxes, and they look like they were wet at some point. Only way to contact them is via email, and they won't issue a return. I would accept an exchange, but the company has repeatedly told me to 'try them' but they look like garbage. Their horrible customer service has lost a customer.

WARNING: Do not buy from this company. I RECEIVED THE WRONG INK ALTHOUGH IT WAS LISTED FOR MY CANON PRO-2000 and they would not take the return and/or refund my money. When I called I was told that they didn't even have any of the right ink in stock. This appears to be an intentional rip off. I did receive 3 tanks that were right for my printer but without the last I can't start it to find out the quality of the product...... I'm hoping for the best. AGAIN.... do not buy. I wish I had read a review first

Buyer BEWARE - The website says Standard Shipping 1-4 business days. It is 4Inkjet BAIT AND SWITCH procedure. They really mean 7- 30 business days. Is their pirate software worth the discount. Eventually they will go down for Fraud

I would give less stars if I could. Please don't waste your time or money. The ink cartridges you get won't work in your printer and they WILL NOT refund you your money. TOTAL SCAM

I am very displeased, unhappy, disappointed, and totally unsatisfied with your product (LD brand and G&G brand) and it's performance.

When reading the 4inkjets FAQs, the company assumes that we as customers are un-knowledgeable about the printer we already own and have replaced its ink many times in the past. I know how to replace the ink in my printer! I have had to do this many times in the past in order to use

Installed their color ink cartridges for it only to unnaturally run out of ink much more quickly than I had ever seen before--not even 20 pages of lite duty printing and mostly black and white. I wasted my hard earned money. I won't buy these from you again.

Fraudulent scam artists. Avoid at all costs. Sent me only half an order. Promise to receive refund and nothing ever happened.

Customer service continues to tell me a refund will be issued and nothing still. Going on since May 2.

Wow, I wish I did research on this company before ordering from them. Seems like a lot of people had the same problem as me. I ordered an LD-REMANCL41 ink cartridge from this online company that "specializes" in remanufacturing cartridges. They sent me the wrong in cartridge. They sent me an LD-REMANCL-51 cartridge. In addition, the cartridge was half empty. I spoke with a customer service representative online for over a half hour. He was arguing with me that the cartridge should work with my printer. I told him it didn't and I wanted a refund. He refused and kept trying to give me advice on troubleshooting the issue. After arguing with him for a while, I told him I was disputing the transaction and then ended the conversation. Now, I have been fighting with paypal to dispute it. The whole thing has become a mess and I HIGHLY recommend not using this company.

Despite only a few reviews, good and not so good, I decided to try 4inkjets.
The inks arrived really quickly, but I had a couple of installation problems which Customer Service resolved in a polite, efficient and rapid fashion via live chat and by phone.
I highly recommend the way this company looks after its customers!

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 3 weeks. They sent me the wrong $50 parts

I purchased a fusier for my Lexmark TS652DN on 09-07-2018.
Upon arrival, I found out that it did not fit my printer.
I called their customer service number and was told that I can't return the product.
I emailed their customer service and was told the same thing.

Yes, it was my fault for not checking all the numbers, but if I had known they have a "no return" policy I would not have ordered from them.
They did not mention their return policy during the checkout process, they did not mention it on their invoice they emailed me, and nothing in the box when I received it.

So, all buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, you're stuck with the product. Please be careful before you buy from 4inkjets.com

Their cartridges for my Canon MB2120 destroyed my printewr- Leaking Badly inside of printer not correctly pressurized for the printer caused a B504 code which is "non repairable" and carpet ink spots under the printer.

I have responded over 10 times to their customer support for re-imbursement for the printer and carpet ink stains under the printer
They insist that I need a documented repair company evaluation of the printer. Canon Customer worked with me on the B504 and did a complete diagnostic of the printer and determined that I needed to replace it as B504 is not repairable. They do not as company policy release tech support write ups.
No help from 4inkets. They have over $100,000,000 in sales!!!

returns are a joke, they ask you to troubleshoot their broken product. As if I'm a part of their product test team. took me 30+ mins on the phone and in chat to resolved this. they wanted every little detail. That is unacceptable. I order a lot of ink from this place but I will definitely think twice before I place a new order.

Besides the fact that their ink cartridges are more reasonable than OEMs, for the most part they perform very well, although occasionally they are rejected by the printer. The cost savings makes it worth a try, however, and the company will back up their products if they fail to perform.

I like, too, that it's really inexpensive to get those non-OEM items, but I also highly prefer the OEM Printer Ink Cartridges, even if they are 4-6 x's more expensive, I'll have to try new things so I can break myself of those (possible) stigmas regarding the "generic" inks.
At least 4inkjets.com is a member of the BBB, though, eh..

I used to work here a few years ago and still purchase cartridges from them regularly. Not only are they great to their employees, but their cartridges are so much more affordable than the name brand stuff.
