Great customer service
Ordering online by model number was easy. Delivery time and dispatch information was good. Order was fulfilled in full and arrived well packaged. One item was nor required and one item was not right for my model fridge freezer so used the returns portal which was again easy to use. Customer service team contacted me by email and I explained what was not right with the item I found to be incompatible with my fridge freezer. Result was that item was accepted for return along with item no longer required and refund authorised, which is now in my account. All in all one of, if not, the best customer service orientated companies I have ever dealt with.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order this is so frustrating as it says 5 to 7 days and it’s been 14 days no n still no sign no means of contacting them.. tracking number not recognised by Royal Mail.
