Trying to return an item (invoice CI043358208, order OH96160606) as it doesn’t fit. The online returns form lets me enter my invoice number, shows the non-UK returns policy text, but there’s no button or next step to actually proceed — it just stops there. I’ve also been unable to find a working live chat or direct email address for customer service. Could someone from the team get in touch to help process this return? Happy to provide further details.

Not what I expected wrong item
It's been delivered but definately not the correct part even though I bought it from argos and the spool replacement should match , this 1 has 2 lines coming out of it so not fit for purpose! Do your homework people when buying products you cannot get correct parts for.
