Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered parts that stated in stock with 2 week delivery. We ordered a filter part for our HOOVER vacuum. Ordered this in April 2026 and no sign of it. Didn't communicate that they were cancelling the order until I chased this week. Four months for it to be cancelled. Couldn't seem to locate parts anywhere else. Really really unhappy with service. They didn't allow me to complain during the wait.

If there is a company with better…
If there is a company with better customer service than this in Britain today then I have yet to hear about them, I ordered a part from them and there turned out to be a real problem with delivery from Royal Mail absolutely nothing to do with this company but I emailed my problem looking for some advice, they contacted me by phone and resolved the situation in a fast and extremely courteous manner, as I said the problem was with the Royal Mail but these guys took the problem on board and not only issued a refund for the part gave me a discount for the next time I ordered from them, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone they have reaffirmed my faith in customer service
