If there is a company with better customer service than this in Britain today then I have yet to hear about them, I ordered a part from them and there turned out to be a real problem with delivery from Royal Mail absolutely nothing to do with this company but I emailed my problem looking for some advice, they contacted me by phone and resolved the situation in a fast and extremely courteous manner, as I said the problem was with the Royal Mail but these guys took the problem on board and not only issued a refund for the part gave me a discount for the next time I ordered from them, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone they have reaffirmed my faith in customer service

Perfect service
Perfect service. The part was exactly what I needed for my fridge. The ordering process was smooth and easy; there were several delivery options. I chose to go with the standard 3-5 working day delivery. Ordered on Friday night and received it first thing Monday morning. Can't beat that!

Both sizes didn't fit. No sizes are given on the website which makes it difficult to know..
I ordered glass for our Belling oven door. The first one was the wrong size so then I ordered the other one. It was also the wrong size. There are no measurements on the website so it's very difficult to choose. As there are only two sizes available I expected one to be correct. Neither fit. I need glass for the long door on the right side of the cooker if you're looking at it from the front and this they obviously didn't have.
