Cheerful, helpful staff excellent range and value for money. Couldn't be improved in anyway.

Came in to grab some of the rabbit hide for £3.50 - first time visiting and will DEFINITELY be my last.

Picked up two of the rabbit hides looked okay but what an AWFUL smell, actually wretched ( now I know this is dead rabbit skin and has a smell believe me I’ve had rabbit ears before and the smell of dead isnt new to me) this was something else. Looking at the hide which was incredibly greasy I see these little blobs moving so naturally poked it with my nail. MAGGOTS. No wonder it stunk like decay. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. I chucked them down and rushed out. If I could have mustered a picture over my need to violently spew I would have.

No staff interested (not even a hello when we entered) as they were all too busy chattering in the back.

Best food i have used yet I highly recommended this food and company although has missing things in first order quickly sorted and received in few days

I’ve had several issues with the delivery of these orders which is down to DHL or ordering close to the deadline of 2pm on a Thursday. I’d advise everyone ordering ahead of time because even though the payment goes through there’s sometimes issues and it goes through after the deadline which means you won’t get any order until the following Tuesday/Wednesday. They do rectify their issues but sometimes just takes a while for customer service to respond.

Arrived early next day, frozen through, and great quality products. With green tripe I hope I can heal my puppies IBS and hiccups along with slippery elm. He absolutely loves fish so I'm feeding him mostly sardines and mackeral which is comprehensive but I add a little beef liver and green tripe in there as well. Will stick with you guys especially due to the tripe as he will be thriving from that now thank you

So happy with my order. It's in 140g blocks which makes taking a block out of the freezer each day easy, I was getting kilo bags elsewhere which I was having to portion up into 5 smaller bags on arrival or they would freeze into impenetrable solid blocks so no more wasted plastic freezer bags or time. The packaging is minimal, the box wrapped in foil sheets to keep it cold (survival blankets) and will be reused in numerous craft projects. Impressively arrived the day after ordering and was still frozen on arrival.
I'm also paying less than my previous supplier and most importantly of all my dog is loving it. She's been on raw food for a few months now and she is a different dog, perkier, more alert but also more laid back, I would never go back to tinned or complete "dog food" and feel incredibly guilty that I ever fed that stuff to her..

Incredible service, friendly staff and top quality meat! We have been going to 4pawsraw for awhile now, would recommend to friends and family and will continue to come back every time! They make changing to a raw diet seem like a lot less of a daunting task!
Also we have one very happy healthy pooch!

Just got an 8 week old puppy that has been weaned onto a raw diet.
I chose a variety pack so I could see which flavours went down well, duck being a winner so far.
I liked the minimal packaging and the food comes in 4 x 140g cubes so easy to store in freezer and easy to remove a portion to defrost.
I thought the courier charge was very reasonable and you can get up to 25kg sent for just over £7.
It comes packed in a sturdy box wrapped in a foil blanket but is then put into a bigger box which means during transit and being thrown around it had almost destroyed the outer box.
Cost wise including delivery they are on a par with other suppliers so maybe a subscription discount would keep customers coming back
