I ordered a bespoke size Catio 18' by 8' by 8' with shelves, bridges & sleeping boxes and am definitely happy. I liaised with Rachel via email & phone in the office who was very helpful - in fact she was brilliant. The size is huge and made with good quality treated wood. The wire is the correct gauge so as not to cut the cats paws and is strong, and the catio has a good bolt on the door that allows for a padlock to keep it safe. (I just need to add a hook & eye type fitting inside to keep it closed when I am inside it). I also had a part covered roof as well as the normal roof and it all looks fantastic. The cats are happy too.
The fitting team, Shaun & Jordan, were very helpful and delivered in the middle of a thunderstorm and we needed to re-arrange the fitting for a week later due to no fault of 4Wire or themselves (it was lashing down of rain). They returned at a mutually convenient date and did a lovely job of fitting the catio whilst maintaining COVID-19 social distancing, asking what I wanted where for the shelves, ladders & bridges & sleeping boxes I had also ordered. They were knowledgeable, professional & polite and did a GREAT job.
I definitely recommend 4wire and Shaun & Jordan if you need a catio. They also do great sheds!!

I cannot say the same about their delivery contractors XDP. I suggest before buying from 4Wire you ask them NOT to use XDP. You can see why if you read the reviews relating to XDP on Trustpilot.

Wow, this catio is awesome. Everything about it is fantastic. I got the 6 x 6 x 9 , it's massive. Very pleased with it, good quality heavy wood, looks so good I might buy one for my other half, stick him in it, ha!
One slight problem that I can fix is the lock on it, it's really hard to lock from inside so need to undo screws to re position or put a lock on inside.
Shaun such a lovely guy, really helpfull and polite. The catio was defenatly worth the money, money well spent, if anyone is hesitating about buying a catio or from this company then don't 5*.Thank you so much 4wire.

Excellent product, we bought the free standing 6ftx4ft catio. Well made and so easy to put together, my husband and I did it and he’s in his 70’s. Very good communication with Rachel. Could not ask for any more

We had a catio built. Great communication prior to delivery and evrything was built as discussed. There were a couple of minor issues on the day with fitting (not due to them) but the two men that delivered and fitted did an exellent job to work around these. Us and our cats are very happy with the final product!

Fantastic job done, and Rachel in admin was also very help Sean and his mate did a professional job. I'm sure my 4 cats will love this.

The catio is brilliant. It was delivered and put together in half a day. Looks fantastic, weatherproof and my 8 cats love it (which is the main thing!). Absolutely perfect. Rachel was more than helpful. Cannot fault anything.

Just had a Cattery installed by this company. Over the Moon with Quality and Craftmanship. It’s important that it is a wonderful safe outdoor experience for my rescue cats. But also really nice to look at too. I highly recommend this company for its Quality. Friendly Helpful Customer Service. And Speedy delivery.

Had a catio installed. Thank you very much to Shaun the installer. The product is excellent and the installation is perfect. It is exactly what we needed and it was great having somebody with a highly responsible and trustworthy attitude. Great product and service.

Ordered a ‘made to measure’ run for my chickens. I can’t believe how quickly it arrived (within 2 days of ordering) and the quality is brilliant. I really didn’t expect such an amazing quality product for the price. I can’t recommend enough. I bought direct from the company who were very very helpful.

I am amending my review as I have tried to extend my run and they no longer do ‘made to measure’ which is a bit disappointing. The wire is also starting to rust in places.

Update.
It seems to depend on who you speak to. They do still do ‘made to measure’. Prices have increased and appear to now do the runs under the name 4mypet or something similar.

We are really pleased with our catio. Was easy to order, just sent over measurements & what we wanted! Service has been fab! Great communication throughout the whole process, nothing’s to much trouble. Arrived within a week. Even delivery was great, was able to contact driver . He was very helpful. The catio is lovely & well made product. It’s been really lovely to see our very nervous rescue cats enjoying some safe outside space. Couple of shelves where damaged but was no trouble! Really fast reply. Replacements offered next day delivery. I would really recommend 4wire!

We had a catio made to measure as our requirements were very specific. Both Rachel and Emma at 4Wire were very helpful in getting us to the final design. Catio arrived well ahead of the expected delivery date but minus the roof panels. Rachel was extremely helpful in trying to find out what had happened to the panels and when they hadn’t arrived the day after the rest of the catio she offered to make new roof panels without hesitation. These were despatched the following day and arrived the day after that so excellent service. Catio is great quality, good looking and sturdy. My cats are used to having this outside space although our previous home made version was nowhere near as luxurious or entertaining!

Absolutely delighted with my new catio, its sturdy, great quality, well build and looks amazing. The chap who delivered and installed it, (Shaun I think he said his name was) was lovely, polite and nice to chat to as he got to work on installing it.
The shelving pack extra I ordered is fab, good quality, sturdy and easily holds the weight of my chunky cat. So so pleased with it

Purchased a catio from 4wire. It was easy to assemble ( with 2 strong men) and appears well made.
Most importantly by fur babies can now enjoy fresh air whilst remaining safe
Highly recommended

Bought 7 chicken runs panels and a door. Arrived very quickly and were really easy to put together. Bolt receiver needed adjusting slightly, but otherwise very happy. Columbian Blacktail still flies over the 6 foot fence, but that's not a 4wire fault!
