Bought a roof rack and bars as well as set of side steps for a different vehicle, items seem ok quality but no instructions on how to fit them, when contacted company told me to call
Technical support, not ideal when you should have instructions! Then the cross bars were too long for our vehicle and contacted to be told we had to cut to length! Again if said in instructions could have had job completed in one not take another start to cut and finish the job! The side steps were awkward to fit when no instructions but I’ve managed to do it and made a manual for other Kia owners!

Bought some replacement lights for the new grill that I bought from them, the lights that came with the grill failed after about 18 months, the new lights then also failed just after the 12 month warranty period ran out, 2 of the 4 are faulty, I’ve contacted them and told them they have failed already, this kind of equipment should last years not months. I couldn’t find my receipt, but they had no record of the transaction, even using my address, my name or my company name. As they failed so quickly I hoped they would replace them even though it was just over the 12 months. So because of this I was told they couldn’t help and that I could buy a new set for £25.
Not the greatest quality of item as they’ve failed on every set I got but also disappointed in the customer support of a regular customer.
All for a £25 set of lights

- a cheery note saying when checking stock there aren’t any. And do I want to wait until December/ January.
This is the second time.
I tested again yesterday using a different address. Same thing.
It’s a scam - take your order and your money they build up a manufacturing order and release it when they have enough suckers on hold.
You can get all their stuff from other reputable online cos.
Waste of time

I rang before I placed an order, to query fitment.
I purchased a barn door spoiler for my Citroen Berlingo 2021, and was concerned if the new reverse camera would interfere with the profile of the spoiler. I was given positive feedback and assured it would fit perfect. In fact the guy on the phone was able to tell me that they had in fact fitted one recently with the same set up.

So, i ordered the spoiler on Sunday morning, 09-10-22, and it arrived at my door 11-10-22. Unbelievable service lads, checked the profile, and it is now at the body shop to get colour coded.

I have used this company several times, and have found them very helpful, met them in person, purchased and have collected from their premises, and i could not fault in any way.

I have never left a review for any company previously, but felt with this recent experience it was time i did for Storm.

Vivaro roof rails absolutely garbage turned up scratched and holes don't line up total waste of money 😩

Would definitely use again delivered quick, unfortunately decided not to use side bars but customer service from Donna was great arranged DPD pick up for my return.

Bought a pair of wind deflectors , supposedly for my van. More likely generic/non specific ones . They make the motor on my van window seem like it's about to pack in , sometimes even stop. I've fitted about 10 pairs of these in the past, and these are the worst(actually useless).
£32 wasted.

Fantastic company with top quality products at great prices, I have ordered a number of items all have been as described. I recently ordered a bonnet protector for my hilux, when it arrived it was found to have been damaged in transit, it took one phone call and a couple of photos and a replacement was sent straight out to me, fantastic customer service, I highly recommend this company.

Ordered some side steps. Delivery on time. Contacted them as there were no instructions and they sent me some photos of a completely different product. I struggled through and worked it out using number of holes and number of fixings etc. Would have been a decent product if it were not so very poorly manufactured. I have had to re-work most of the steps as the rivets were only half fitted, some not at all. Not a product I would recommend. They seem to buy cheap knock of products from the far east and sell them on with little responsibility. Be careful what you buy! Order No. 94940165

We orderd a bullbar from this rubish company it said 5 working days when 5 other sites said 30days we rang up and they said it would probley be closer to 10days so after 35days and 5 phone calls its still 6 days aways we was told it would be here the last 2 weeks everybody there says something diffrent? I would never use storm again as they are compulsive layers and just want to take your money, stay safe guys and stay away from storm

Product arrived quick and the quality can't be faulted however that is where it ended. If you do deal with this company they fail where so many others do - Their after sales service (or lack of it). They're happy to take the order but ignorantly shy away when there's a problem. It could have been resolved simply. I had to claim via paypal but then the company did something really quite sneaky, whilst the complaint was going through they refunded and recharged the full amount in an attempt to stop the claim. Paypal settled in my favour and refunded me for the mis-sold mats. (Said they were tailored but weren't)
I run a fleet of vans and know many who drive and mod them, I have advised them to stay away.
Such a shame.

I never thought I would be doing this review after speaking to a guy in storm which was world class after dealing with an issue with a defective part . As I thought he had dealt with the issue and sent a replacement out straight away as promised. But DPD lied about trying to delivery and it turned out they are using the wrong address so I called storm and I got what I thought couldn’t be right a sales guy more sarcastic than my ex wife he was very unhelpful and the best a patronising people and just didn’t want to help as he kept telling me it late in the day . And even after day 2 of delivery they are still trying to send it to the incorrect address. A total joke but a shame when the first person was world class then it all goes down hill from then .
