My order took 10+ weeks. I ordered a simple platinum box chain. I was not provided updates until I reached out to 7879 Support. I was then provided a timeline that was inaccurate and changed 4 times. I needed to micromanage the manufacturing timeline and follow up weekly to get it moving. I had multiple communications with Support and they never informed me that an import duty would be required (it was an additional 17%!!)
I will NEVER order from 7879 again. It’s not worth the headache.

I love my new bracelet. Looks so elegant. The bracelet clap so secure, I won't lose it.

The cross I purchased is great and came quickly. I love the simple design and the substantial weight of it as well. My experience is that shipping is very fast when an item is in stock. If not, the wait time can be VERY long.

Bought platinum earrings and have worn them for a few months. Disappointed that the backing was not a platinum ‘butterfly’ fitting but a ‘plastic’ disc and as a result I keep getting a skin irritation from the ‘plastic’.

Scam company so far as I can tell. Ordered a necklace weeks ago - all I get is email "updates" which show nothing has happened about delivery of the necklace - or getting a refund. They are almost impossible to contact. I would NEVER use these people again - they clearly have some production problems but won't admit it.

Honestly not happy at all with service or product I won’t be buying from 7879 ever again.

The customer service from Anne and the team was outstanding. They responded quickly to every query and ensured they were in touch, updating me all the way. I would recommend 100%. Quality care, customer service and quality products.

My husband and I have purchased from 7879 a few times and have loved all the pieces we have received (platinum hoop earrings, platinum thin necklace, solid gold curb chain necklace, platinum curb chain necklace). The curb chain necklaces in particular are beautiful and great for daily wear. Anne from the team was very helpful in finding a satisfying resolution for an import duty issue. Service and delivery were quick. We hope to order again in the future!

FINAL UPDATE: Following an escalation email directly to the CEO, the finance team released my funds via Faster Payments on Wednesday morning. The money is now in my account. Thank you to the executive team for stepping in to resolve this.
UPDATE (Tuesday 19th May): Still NOT PAID. Customer service agent Anne emailed me yesterday morning promising to look into this, but she has since ignored my reply. No money has arrived, no transaction reference has been given, and my portal is still stuck on 'Approved'. They are holding my jewelry and my money. Unacceptable service

I used the 7879 sell-back feature three weeks ago. They confirmed receipt of my jewellery and took my bank details. I was explicitly promised that my payment would be processed and deposited on Friday, 15 May 2026.It is now Monday afternoon, 18 May, and no funds have arrived. My online portfolio dashboard has been stuck on the "Approved" status all day, meaning the transaction is validated but the money has not been released.I have sent multiple emails, submitted a ticket through the website contact portal, and sent an Instagram DM, but I have received zero replies. I am writing this review to get a response from management. Please release my funds immediately.Order Reference: 787903868

Necklace and pendant ordered on 17th Feb for my husband's 50th on 20th april. 7th May necklace still not here. Had numerous delivery date notifications. Usually with a date that has already passed, Pendant arrived a week after his birthday , but had not been told they were sent separately . A very expensive gift has lost most of the joy of giving due to this . Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your pieces , I'm now at nearly 3 months

Quick and professional

I ordered a mini gold 18kt bullion pendant from their made for you option. The website was easy to use and overall a good process. The making of the pendant got delayed and I had to wait 4 weeks longer for it to arrive but I must say their customer service team were amazing. Because of the delay they sent me a gold chain to go with my pendant and I am so chuffed with my new jewellery. The wait was worth it because it is such a beautiful item! A really great brand doing great things!

except the issue with delivery timelines, the product quality is excellent.
