7879 

I bought jewellery a few years back now, was happy with the jewellery itself, the quality is good and I had no problems with the delivery.
I recently sent my jewellery back under the buy back scheme. My jewellery was confirmed as arriving back at 7879 and they emailed me with a final buy back price, stating that funds would be sent on 06/03/26 and it would take 2-3 days to land in my bank account. It is now the 16/03/26 and I am without my £2k+ and unable to get hold of 7879 to get support. I have emailed and used the online chat portal on their website, but to not avail.
Please get back to me asap, reason I sold my beloved jewellery is because I have bills to pay, and this delay in my funds reaching me is causing quite a big inconvenience to me

This was the best company I have had the pleasure to buy my item of jewellery from.

Waiting for almost 2 months for the product!
NOT being told about the duty fee that I had to pay to allow shipping of product to occur!
Keep being told the company was sorry yet the product is still NOT here!
I wasted a entire 12 hrs waiting for the product that still hasn't arrived!

3-13-26 Update: Finally received the product. Very small and for what I paid for feels like I got ripped off. The round clip is somewhat easy to put on but hell to take off. While from a distance it looks nice when I take in-depth look at it sadly it fails to capture my eye.
After all the hell I went through I will not be back to purchase anything ever again.
Update: 3-16-2026:
After some emails back and forth with this company 7879. They were nice enough to give refund me half of the duty fee. I am not here to get anything free ok. All I wanted was a 24k gold bracelet to wear daily. What I got is somewhat a bracelet but can't unlatch it off my right hand.
You only get 2 stars because:
1: No one should have to wait almost 2 months for any product!
2: No one should be left feeling like a number ok. Its hurtful!

You failed to deliver! Over 2.5 months and still nothing. I gave up. Nice idea, terrible execution.

I truly enjoy doing business with 7879. They are polite and helpful - to the point of doing what they can to make something right that is beyond their control. Their jewelry is stunning and stands up to the test of time. I have yet to sell anything back to them, but based on my dealings so far I am certain that it will be a smooth and hassle free process.
I look forward to working with them again in the future

Their whole selling point is that they sell pure metals, but they don't tell you that their silver is .925 sterling silver, and not .999 silver. I wanted to do a refund but their cost to refund is absolutely insane. They should put it in their description that their silver is not pure. I'm sure I'm not the only person who fell for it, and the fact that they still make money off of your refund makes it seem like they do this on purpose.

One of the sketchiest buying experiences I have had and the item quality is subpar. Order took two full additional months to arrive with no warning. Had to repeatedly reach out to the very combative customer service rep to get an explanation on why it took so long. Silver ring is stamped as .925 not highest purity .999 despite all the claims of highest purity materials. Had to pay a massive import fee as well, ~25% of the product value, which was fun surprise. Definitely would avoid in the future. Find a more unique piece with better materials literally anywhere else.

7879 i came across by accident it was the only company that i could find that did 24kt gold, so because of that reason i decided to buy a 1gm bullion bar as time went on i carried on buying a bit here and there.because as a company to deal with they where fantastic from start to finish . They let you know at every step of your order is at .it's clear no lying like some company's .i would definitely recommend to anyone to give them a try .you will not be let down .they let you know every stage with what's happening with what you have ordered . I've also ordered 24kt necklaces and bracelet from them because some time there not in stock and have to be made to order,even at that stage they let you know every step of the way what is happening to what you have ordered.i ordered a 24kt gold necklace because it wasn't in stock i had to wait for it to be made . Every step of what was happening was emailed to me every week . Some times it can take six weeks for your goods to be made and sent to you .they give you a date of when the necklace will be ready to send to you and they are always spot on .if its going to take a bit longer they will tell you why and what date it will be delivered .they use dpd to send there orders out which is great dpd will give you the date and time within a 2 hour window when it will be delivered and again they are always spot on .I've had at least 8 to 10 orders from them i won't use anyone else anymore because7879 have got the heart of the customer in hand .they do everything to keep you informed without asking you never need to ask what's happening because they will always have told you before you think about it . Excellent company i don't use anyone else's anymore i use 7879 because they know what they are doing and are excellent at what they do . Do yourself a favor and give them a try you will never use anyone else again .they are experts at what they do and they do it very very well .i guarantee you will never use another company .because 7879 have it down to a fine art and they are excellent at what they do. You will never regret at giving them a try and once you do give them a try .you will never use anyone else ever again guaranteed.

All the pieces I have received to date are of excellent quality and I am happy with my purchases.

I ordered a pair of earrings but realized the finish on them was not what I wanted. So I emailed their customer care and was told they take up to 4 weeks to make and if I would like to cancel let them know. I email back and say yes I want to cancel. The next day I get an email saying they have found stock that is premade and have shipped them to me. I don't like feeling scammed. I asked 2 times to cancel and they did the opposite.

Had a little issue and Anne was excellent and very patient.
Love my pieces that I've brought from 7879. And finances permitting I shall be making future purchases.
