If there is something less than 1 I prefer to give that! I am so frustrated with the waiting period for my order. I ordered 24 k gold lotus studs on the 29 th of Nov 2025. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Till now I am just waiting despite making payments upfront. It has been more than 2 months now. Each time I enquire they just inform that the making is in process. I now doubt if they have intentions to even deliver the product. I will wait for another 4-5 days and if not received shall cancel the order! What a shame! Their update status last time displayed 23 rd of Jan 2026 as the estimated delivery and I am still waiting….. Extremely disappointing! I wish I had not ordered! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They have a beautiful selection of high-quality, amazing chains. I’m giving them 4 stars only because the refund process took quite a long time. I had to return one of the 24K gold necklaces I purchased because it was too small, and the refund wasn’t as quick as expected.

I purchased a 16-inch platinum necklace for my wife and was able to exchange it for an 18-inch with no hassle. I’m very grateful for the support.

V good quality products. I heard about you on radio 4 and this is my 3rd piece. You didn’t get 5 stars because I had to ask what was happening after Christmas. However you responded immediately and I now have my bracelet which I love.

Great quality product. I bought a gold rope chain and platinum figaro chain - had great sale prices on Back Friday (USA resident). Excellent customer service, prompt answer to my emails and questions. Only hesitation on my end for buying again is the import taxes for US citizens, which the company cannot control.

The ring is stunning and substantial, comfortable and fits perfectly. Delivery was delayed by over a month, perhaps because it was a custom size. Communications were frustrating and inaccurate and I suspect mostly AI generated. Once I was finally communicating with a human, 7879 did what they could to make amends. Be aware that duties will approximate 40%, which is not their fault but WOWZA what a shock.

UPDATED Review: Anne from 7879 reached out to clarify that the pendant says is a "satin" finish versus the chain which is a "high polish" finish. She was very straight forward and prompt and great! 7879 refunded a portion of the duties/fees as a gesture of goodwill. 7879 is a legit provider of 24k gold jewelry and I would purchase from 7879 again but would be mindful of the finish they use on certain materials. ORIGINAL Review: I purchased an 18” rolo chain necklace and a “F” initial pendant. The necklace is beautiful and you could feel the quality. The pendant is the complete opposite. The pendant does not shine, it almost looks like an entirely different substance, not the 24k gold 7879 markets. It looks like the pendant was brushed actually. I was also dinged with a 15% tariff plus import fees for the purchase.. Not the company’s fault but I only expected 10%. I would maybe purchase from the company again but would limit my purchase to necklaces.

I ordered a product, payed and was charged, then a week later they said they underpriced it and I would have to pay 2k more on top of the original price. Extremely unprofessional and scammy to try to up charge after the transaction is finished. I told them to just give me a full refund and the help representative (Anne) who was clearly using AI to respond to me said they would just refund the order. As of today I have not got my refund and I am praying I actually get my money back and that it was not stollen, as I have already gotten the credit card bill. So beware they may take your money and then cancel the order or force you to pay more and then maybe give you the money back (I’m still waiting on mine).

This company deals in pure Gold and Platinum. As we approach a life changing financial collapse especially in the West,, 7879 products are perfect to hedge against these collapsing currencies. They look fantastic as well.

It just arrived today. The price and quality are great! I let the staff know I would be out of the country for a month so they postponed the shipment to be sure I would be home when it arrived. It was a very smooth process.. be aware customs will tack on import fees. The weight on the necklace is nice..

After my last posting 7879 contacted me to quote a 30/1/26 delivery date. They did not offer me any contact details for 7879. Since that time I have had 5 e-mails advising from them all advising that my order was at "stage2 production" and confirming the 30th Jan delivery date. I have had no further communication from them and the order has not arrived. Strongly suspect that this may be some kind of scam.....

It has not arrived and 2 weeks late Please contact me by phone 07730 931505, Whatsap or messenger to explain the problem. I have checked Junk and deleted e-mail files and also our corporate Spam filter but there is no sign of any 7879 correspondence.
If this is not possible please advise telephone number for you customer support and confirm good e-mail address.

No contact from 7879 after PO acknowledgement and no response to any e-mails requesting delivery e.t.a.
Currently waiting for delivery details on ear-rings from 8th December 2025...
I contacted 7879 on 2 of 3 previous orders but, again received no information until DHL/Diamond contacted me for delivery.

My patience with this company is exhausted after spending £1,200. Additionally, a £29.99 fee is required for Shipping Insurance, and a Lifetime Warranty is expected upon purchase.

Expect no satisfactory service unless you possess a printer.

I bought a cross; no certificate or detailed receipt was included. I decided to return the cross for an exchange.

Upon trying to return the cross. I contacted the company and received an email asking me to print a return label. I let them know that I don’t have a printer. They declined to arrange a courier pickup from my location.

In total, I have three items on back order.

I reached out to them through email five times, kindly requesting detailed printed receipts for my one silver and two platinum items, as well as certificates for my two platinum items on back order, since I don’t have a printer.

I'm shocked and disappointed by the responses I received when they declined this simple task.

I tried explaining why I need printed hard copies in great detail, but now it feels like my emails are being ignored.

Because I was met with silence and complete disrespect when I made a small request, I have no choice but to seek a full refund, including Shipping Insurance, and a Lifetime Warranty.

The quality is exceptional. The only disappointment is that it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas.
