Customer care before buying shed. Excellent service connecting via WhatsApp. You can send them photos and can come back to them with more questions another day. I was chatting to Charlie who gave specific advice for the shed I need. I haven’t bought it yet.

Excellent experience with Paul throughout. My custom made potting shed fully reflected my specifications and the promised high quality. Very good communication make throughout on progress and delivery. Company undertook efficient and no fuss erection leaving site clean and ensuring that I was happy with the finished product. Excellent value for money.

Grateful for a very easy process to raise a query via WhatsApp and Charlie in A1 Sheds responded quickly throughout the conversation. He was very helpful and engaging and happy to be placing an order later today with them.

Placed an order through A1 sheds and needed to cancel first order for a bigger size, they got back to me very quickly and dealt with my request promptly no questions asked. Great service highly recommend.

The quality of the shed is far more than I expected! The workmen came on the day they said they were going to and fixed the slightly uneven base we had laid without a murmur of complaint. They erected the shed quickly and without stopping and left the site clearer than they found it. The office staff was there on hand for any questions I had and totally reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending A1 sheds

I contacted A1 Sheds today as I lost my shed key.
I spoke with Gary who was extremely helpful and very quickly found my original order and advised me how they could help. Nothing was too much trouble. I had the same level of service when I purchased my shed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought the shed, then I wanted to cancel the order . It was going smoothly by that point. They did cancel it no problem but charged me processing fee 70£ shame . It would be 5 stars if not that scammy money grab . Just be aware of that. Apart of it customer service is brilliant

Great experience from start to finish. After placing order, I quickly received confirmation and a pre installation checklist. I was contacted with a delivery date, then got a confirmation call with time slot the evening before. The guys who came to install the shed were on time, polite, friendly and passed on any relevant information about the product. The shed was good quality and perfect for my needs. From initial enquiry to the finished project Gerry and his team were amazing. The service, garden room product and pricing is all 5 star. We now have a brilliant garden room to enjoy :-)

I ordered a Lugarde shed via A1 Sheds and although most of it was done over email / calls the after service has been first class. Gerry has answered all configuration and follow-up maintenance questions instantly. I fully recommend using them.

Just got our shed installed and although the shed is fine, the base we received was absolutely shocking!! Was put on 3x2 cos and not even put into the ground just balanced on the grass, obviously it started to move and the so called joiner even stated that it had dropped an inch (after 24 hours) I told them I want it stripped down and the base done properly with postcrete and 4x4 posts to which I got the reply "we don't do that" and "I'm no stripping it for free" so we're left with a shed that's going to fall over soon as it rains

Absolute joke of a company and unless this gets rectified soon I'll be taking this further!!

My advice if youre lookong for a shed is STAY AWAY from A1 sheds

Seriously fed upi with this company!! Ages I had to wait for the shed, it finally comes and the wrong windows have been installed, i get told i would be contacted, I haven’t, ive been doing all the chasing and I’m still no closer, attitude on phone they don’t care, don’t respond to emails. I now have a shed with wrong windows and it’s been two months since I paid alot of money for the item! Don’t use this company! The builders however were nice enough.
