Fraudulent claims on return policy
Purchased three items online on the 21st of April ( order no UK1100012). Arrived promptly-one item kept and returned the rest on the same day. Got an email acknowledging my return on the 27th of April stating it had arrived at the warehouse and to allow 5-10 working days for a refund. Allowing for the bank holiday- my refund should have been back ten days later ie 12/5/26- on Tuesday. Nothing. Emailed the team on Thursday 14/5/26. Got a blanket email on the same day stating “Total amount refunded: xxx GBP. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account. Again have emailed back stating that the ten days has been far exceeded-(14th working day on Monday) and no refund in sight. Very easy to take the money but I feel they hold onto money rather than prompt refunds- very sketchy. Given that they cannot meet any refunds within ten days states they are making fraudulent claims and should state that they can’t guarantee a refund and the typical refund time is 30 working days-buyers will then be better informed wether it’s worth taking the risk.

After looking into your order history, we can see that your return was processed and the money was credited to your account within 5 working days of our final confirmation. We can also confirm that your refund was officially issued from our system within 24 hours of receiving your email, which had arrived after our customer service hours had closed.
While the processing time did run 3 days over the initial estimated window, please rest assured that this was a rare delay and not standard practice. As a company, we always strive to meet our 10 working day timeline and we regret falling slightly short on this occasion.
We truly appreciate your patience while the banks finalised the transfer, and we hope to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.

The Perfect Company for long dresses
Finding a clothing company that offers different sizes (both in length and fitting) while being preserving modesty, is difficult!
However Aab clothing has been life changing for me because the dresses are high quality and to top it off they use natural fibres which is essential for me as someone who has many skin allergies.
I even reached out to customer to ask about a particular dress and I must admit they were slow to respond but the response was lovely.
Lastly, the prices are slightly on the higher end but remember ladies you’re paying for the quality and the ability to have it tight/mixed fitting. I used to shop at Karen Millen for similar items and their prices are double of Aab.
Lastly, Aab please expand on the style of the dresses. We need more eccentric/sophisticated designs. There are too many shirt dresses on your shop.
Also I discovered this brand while searching for maxi modest dresses in John Lewis.
