Abc Gone Ltd Reviews

Sian assisted with our deposit return. She is very fast and professional.

Jordan was really welcoming, answered all the questions that we had and ensured we left with all the information needed. Really enjoyed the viewing :)

Very nice people, Amy is so friendly and professional.
Thanks

Amy was so lovely and kind, everything perfect thanks a lot we are so happy😊!!

Thanks a lot for everything, Amy was really kind to us and explained everything clearly!!

Jordan was so lovely and friendly, had a great attitude and so helpful with answering the questions!!

Jordan proofed to be a pleasant and friendly lady before, during and after conducting the viewing process with us. I would continue my search with ABC Gone and hope to get a property of our choice through them.
I really appreciate Jordan patience for her support and assistance throughout viewing process.

The house I have been staying at has mould, leaks and mushrooms growing because of their inaction. I will skip the part where I’ve moved in to a fresh tenancy with dog hairs and still to this day refusal of showing the cleaning receipt. Their inaction is disgusting and will always try to push the onus on the tenant although they take months to action any small issue. Not to mention illegally refusing contractual obligations such as one of my co-tenants changing his name on the contract - INSANE.

Stay far away from these vampires

Though I didn't get the property I viewed, Jordan proofed to be a pleasant and friendly lady before, during and after conducting the viewing process with us. I would continue my search with ABC Gone and hope to get a property of our choice through them.

I just did a viewing of a property. Jordan was very nice.

I am renting from Abc Gone ltd. I had some maintenance issues with the guttering, and my electric oven and some other maintenance I had, I reached out to ABC gone, and Amy responded and was super helpful with the fix. I would recommend this company and Amys' professionalism!

Ziville was very helpful and made our move process much easier. Defo does not let you down!

I'm a landlord and I've found the team at ABC to be professional, proactive, and able to quickly resolve any issues that may occur - in particular Evita. It means I don't spend time worrying about the property knowing it's in good hands.

Highly recommend Evita she is the best person we have dealt with in nearly 4 years always very helpful and was very efficient with my recent inspection. Thank you again Evita.

Ive been renting my properties through Abc for quite a few years now and have also recommended friends to do the same,
Great management company who have always found me good tenants and take away any of the normal Landlord issues, Evita has recently taken on my properties and seems to be very helpful so far

Helpful customer service! We are in the process of renting a flat with Jordan, she’s been kind and helpful all the time. Thank you her for easing up the process!

Top Rated!! A well deserved update!! This agency has been amazing, without a doubt, coming into my 4th year with them .. I can only say.. the staff, customer service and maintenance overall has been a million percent satisfying and it has been a pleasure to be a tenant through this company, I would recommend this agency of the year/s! Stay super and stay proud! God bless you all x

Jordan has been absolutely amazing with the process of my move . She made sure all the checks come back efficiently and she also sorted out all my electricity and water for me. Thank you !
