Made contact initialy by phone. Polite and helpful re machine i had rung up for. Explained procedure and rang me back when machine was ready.
Machine arrived very well wrapped, think Father Christmas might have been helping with the tape!! But it occupied my spaniel for a while.

I needed a new foot controller and power lead for my mum's sewing machine. A quick message to Stephen and I had the replacement in a few days. No job is too small and if Stephen can't help you, then no-one can.

Great company, have bought a few replacement parts for older sewing machines and recently bought a new sewing machine. Have also received great advice when I've had a problem with old machines via email. Highly recommend this company, great customer service and stock of products.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable on his machines, helped me pick the right one for me with advice from a friend as well. Had a couple of issues at home which was quickly solved over the phone.

Very good service, website good and colours nearer on the screen to the actual thread colour than some site I've been too. I shall go to the site again when I need things.
