I recently used Aberdein Considine to sell my flat in Leith. The team gave me sensible and professional advice about the market, presented the flat attractively, organised a large number of viewings in quick succession and helped me secure an attractive offer very quickly. Once accepted, they kept me informed about the progress of the sale and we completed on time. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism throughout, combined with their friendly nature and approachability. The whole process was really straightforward from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to recommend AC to others!

Avoid the Edinburgh team at all cost. Their initial sales pitch is excellent however as soon as you are handed over having signed a contract expect no interest in selling your property, no viewings, misinformation, no concept on how to market a property then pulling it off channels prior to having this requested from them....all for the pleasure of receiving a bill for their 'services'

Sounds like other branches are better but save yourself money and stress by avoiding Edinburgh team!

Midway the process underwent a wobble, no fault of AC or ourselves, but Jamie dealt with it calmly and professionally, so much so what had seemed pretty bad in the moment was in fact sorted out by the end of the day.
