Their service is probably ok for general users. Nothing extraordinary. They should work on their customer support more.

Terrible experience. Taken me 3 days to login to there VPS which i still can’t log into! The emails back are terrible with no clear guide to a resolution! Stay clear of this company

I have been with Accu Web Hosting for just over a year. In that time, I have experienced multiple site-down issues. Their online support is SLOWWWW to respond, and it takes HOURS AND HOURS to get things fixed. When they do finally resolve a site down issue, there is NO explanation, and NO credit for the hassle! Also, there is NO phone number to call for support other than "Sales," who only pass the issue along to someone behind the scenes. Accu Web Hosting is supposed to be in Denver, but when "Sales" does come on the phone, it is invariably a foreigner (e.g., someone in India, or with a foreign accent). AVOID Accue Web Hosting, which is UNRELIABLE, sadly!

Accuweb hosting is a fantastic value for what you pay, and their service is on-par with the higher priced offerings out there. I highly recommend them

I signed up for AccuWeb hosting service in 2004. Their low prices attracted me. They were cheap and that was important to me at the time.

But cheap doesn’t ever keep you attached to any service provider for 18 years. Cheap almost always results in low quality and dissatisfaction. You stay attached to a service for 18 years only because of consistent high quality and excellent performance.

Cheap is still important to me but now I also have more requirements. AccuWeb has expertly accommodated all of those additional requirements over the years and has always gone above and beyond expectations in terms of what’s available and the price.

Occasionally a colleague will question my choice of web host and suggest their alternative. They usually say that I’m paying too much. I always ignore recommendations that offer “free” or “lifetime” service for one price. All such services end in disaster and it is obvious why. They get you in the door and spam you forever with upsell offers.

Apart from that, I always check out my colleagues’ recommendation - just to make sure I still have the best. Their base prices are occasionally close to AccuWeb’s, but when you add the extras that any developing business will inevitably need, there is no comparison.

I strongly recommend AccuWeb to any business that wants cost-effective and timely expert client support. But if you also intend your business to expand and don’t want the hassles of constantly switching web hosts, AccuWeb is a no-brainer.

AccuWebHosting has be pretty reliable and easy to work with as a free service. I'm currently on the Free Web Hosting plan and honestly have been very happy with.
My WordPress updates without issues, haven't had any downtime or maintenance issues. You couldn't ask for more.

I've been using AccuWebHosting for my web hosting needs for several months now, and I've been enjoying their excellent services thoroughly. Their up time is very impressive, and their customer service is second to none in my experience.
I’ve always received responses to my queries within an hour of sending them in, and the quality of assistance is quite good. The platform has good malware scanning for even the shared hosting section of their service, as attested to my experience with a certain free, nulled theme. In less than an hour, the malware including in the corrupted free theme was detected. They quickly shut down the website, and left me instructions on how to clean up the malware, after which the website was immediately restored.
I recommend their services because of its quality, especial the security features that protects their WordPress hosting, plus their amazing customer service.

AccuWebHosting also offers various security services for websites on their platform, including regular malware scans, which benefited me greatly when I made the error of downloading an off repository, free, malware-infested plugin. Altogether, I've not had cause to regret this web hosting service; so go give it a try! I'm sure you'll love it too!

As many people do when searching for a hosting provider, I found plenty of free hosting providers to choose from to help create and manage my new WordPress site. I had a really tough time choosing which web host I wanted to start with, but in the end, I ultimately chose AccuWeb Hosting. I chose AccuWeb Hosting because the service it provides is reasonable and adequate for just about any person or business.

Who is AccuWeb Host

If you read their bio, it looks like the company has been around since 2002, and their founder Rahul Vaghasi was the person who started it all in the year 2002. I like the fact that he was scouring the internet for windows hosting package to manage his personal website, but boy was he disappointed when he came up empty-ended. It’s just because around that time, hosting companies either offered something like a good quantity of disk space and bandwidth but a crappy control panel or one that offered the best control panel but poor mail server option. So Rahul did the smart thing and started to create hosting that offered everything you could ever need into one package. And from there, AccuWebHosting.com was born.

What really stuck out about Accuweb hosting was, well…their customer support team. I was amazed by how quickly they responded to all my questions and how quickly they fixed any issues. I felt like they were happy to have me, which tells me that those employees are probably happy, and happy employees keep the customers happy.

We have been using Accuweb's free WordPress hosting for a year now and have been very pleased with the speedy responses from their support team. We received excellent help in the migration process from our previous hosting company. We are a non-profit and do not use all the features available to us, but we would definitely recommend them to any seeking similar services. They have even improved the one downside which was the requirement to submit reviews to keep the site active. They now provide notice and resources to help with that. Lets' face it, Wordpress sites get hacked. I generally use quite expensive providers (like WPEngine) to avoid this risk and it's worth every cent. However, for a side project I spun up a site on AccuWeb and I am really grateful for their support.

Was Clueless About it, Turned out Great!, I didn't know how to use a VPS but there videos was straightforward. I mange to use my VPS as soon as i verified my email and number. I bought a 1 month plan now im moving up to quarterly.

User of shared plan for about 1 year. Never had any issues. Reached out to support with a question once and response was quick.
Personally recommend AccuWebHosting because it check out all features without paying arm and a leg.

What I like the best about Accuweb Hosting is the customer service. Customer service usually answers and comes to your aid a lot quicker than most hosting providers I have been with in the past. Not only are they fast, but friendly as well. I never encountered any problems with the control panel or the website itself. The only downfall is that I have to make more time to work on my website and promote Accuweb Host more often.

I needed to find a new host when my old host nearly tripled their prices. I tried three hosts in three weeks, learned a lot from two failures and a win. AccuWeb was failure number 2. I expect everything to just work, but here I had two problems. Charter was blocking email from my domain, and my site didn't work in all browsers. Technical support was all over this, and may have solved it in time, but like I said, I expect everything to just work, so I moved on. Found the host I wanted, where everything just works.

Not recommended. I ordered VPS in S.Korea for the test and had a clear impression they are ISP or at least they partnership with S.Korea ISP.
But they just sent me AWS in s.korea - that sounds ridiculous, bcz I can deploy AWS myself at a cheaper price.
Apart from them they required scanned identity documents (why?)
