AceDepot is connected to USA Office Machine, handles their communication, and manages their orders. They have deceitful and abusive practices. Check the reviews of USA Office Machine, which are much worse than what appears under AceDepot even though it's the same company.

I placed an order for tennsco cabinets and were delivered in time and are as advised and advertised 100% recommended.

They do bait and switch. Say product is in stock then send product that isn't even close. Claim it is the same. It's not. They have your money and could care less. Please Please never order from this illegitimate firm. Dont get burned like me

This company is pulling Bait and Switch. They sell products known to be discontinued to get your money, and then email you to switch you to a different inferior product. They fiddle around for a month, stalling, and when you demand your product, the second switch occurs when they ship you an even more inferior product. Then they will stop returning your emails and won't answer the phone. If you complain at the BBB, they lie. Then they send you an RMA demanding that you pay to ship back a product you didn't order, PLUS 25% restocking fees. See? Their whole business model is gouging the 25% restocking fee. No matter what they make money. Report them to the state of NJ Consumer Affairs and the County of Bergen Consumer Affairs. Fight fraud. Don't give in to their tactics.

The product was just as expected. The sale was quick easy and very friendly. Very honest which is very important. I’ll surely buy agsin.A+

What a scam company. Placed order for a time card employee machine. After a month of them charging our card, we finally received the product, a month or so later. Product didn't work from the begging. We called and emailed several times with no help from there customer service. Finally gave up after a month, and shipped there no good product back. The address they used on there packing slip was not any good so it was returned back to us, and then shipped back to another address that I was finally able to get from one of there representatives. But they never issued a refund. Disputed charges with my credit card company, twice, showed all the proof of return and trying to have the issued resolved, and we had to pay for it any ways, because of Ace Depot policies, that tells you a lot about a company. They sent a bad product, took our many, and could care less about the customer, as they never call back when leaving them a message and never respond to the emails sent. Another lesson learned, the hard way. Don't buy anything from this company, unless you plan on throwing away money.

This has actually been my third time purchasing from this seller. Everything is always as described and always on time. I will definitely be buying from them again. I’m a very satisfied customer so purchase with complete confidence that the product and services are going to be a great experience. Awesome communication throughout from start to finish.

I ordered 9,500 pieces of clear report covers with a tissue interleaving for my company at a total cost of $678. AceDepot sent 1,000 pieces of the wrong item without the tissue between the sheets which my customer insists one having. When I contacted them, they first insisted it was the correct item, then finally agreed to send me a return authorization number, which they did. They never acknowledged they only shipped 1,000 pieces of the wrong thing. They also failed to send me a shipping label to return the incorrect item. I told them I was not paying to return ship something they sent in error and requested a label several times to no avail. I do not want to keep what I did not order, but since they refused to make anything right, no way was I going to be out more money for the return shipping!!!

They never sent me the correct item - or even the balance of the wrong item! The box was marked 1 of 5, however, only one box arrived. The UPS tracking indicates only one box was ever shipped.

I paid for 9,500 and received 1,000 of an item I did not want. AceDepot refused to make it right. After weeks of trying to get them to do the right thing, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and provided them tons of proof. Photos of the box shipped, photos of what was received, emails to the company requesting a UPS label for the return and the correct item. AceDepot provided them with the tracking number as "proof" I received my order, which I did not! Because they refused to issue a credit, my credit card company refused to reverse the charge.

I am out $678 with nothing to show for it. Do not purchase from this Scam company. If you do buy from AceDepot I suggest using PayPal or some other sort of payment method that will refund you if this company treats you wrong like the rest of us who have been scammed!

What a nightmare of a company to deal with. I placed an order and didn't hear anything for about 10 days when I decided to email them to check on the order status. I ended up having to call them. I finally reached someone and they said that they would check on the order and get back with me. Three more days went by and I sent an email to cancel the order. A few hours later I received an email that stated that the order had already shipped and it did not qualify for free shipping so they charged my card an additional $22 without authorizing it with me first. I immediately contacted them and they said that they would credit back the shipping. I had to stay on them for several days and they finally credited the unauthorized shipping charge. Meanwhile I saw no sign of the package that had supposedly already shipped. I finally received the package several days later and it was the completely wrong item. I contacted them yet again to exchange this for the correct item. They then sent me a return email with instructions stating that I pay for the return shipping! Insanity! I'll say again, they wanted me to pay return shipping for an item that I did not order that I was charged for. I decided to just chunk the item and count it as a loss and a lesson learned. I wasn't about to spend money for shipping this back and probably have to fight for getting the purchase amount refunded. Heed my warning and do not do online business with this company unless you want to lose hard earned money and deal with major frustration. AceDepot is absolutely pathetic.

Very satisfied with the service we got from AceDepot. I purchased two used cordless phones. One of the phones was determined to have a bad charging base. One inquiry to AceDepot was all it took to get a replacement charging base on the way! Very satisfied with the way they handled the whole process. Will buy in confidence from them again!

I noticed that he process the order immediately and it was mailed by usps the same day, May12, 2022. I received it exactly one week later on May 19, 2022 in perfect 👍 shape and packaged professionally !! Could NOT have been a better experience !!!
