Produkte sind Super! Qualität der Produkte ebenfalls Super! Wenn man sich ein AC setup zulegt braucht man im Prinzip nichts extra dazu kaufen weil alles im Lieferumfang enthalten ist auch das ist Super!

Große Kritik muss ich aber an die leider bezüglich der verfügbaren Einstellungen zwischen den Controllern abgeben.

1) Du kannst nur mit dem KI Controller einen Tag und Nacht Modus einstellen und auch nur dann wenn du dir KI nutzt. Eine Tag und Nacht Funktion ist bei dem Anbau von Pflanzen absolut essenziell und gehört zu den Grundeinstellung. Eine Funktion die über ein Update easy auf allen Controllern verfügbar gemacht werden könnte. Warum wird dies seitens AC nicht bereitgestellt? Möchte man die Kunden so zwingen den KI Modus zu nutzen?

Ich bin nämlich von dem Pro+ auf den KI Controller gewechselt nur um den Tag und Nacht Modus einstellen zu können und war dann geschockt das ich diesen nur über die KI nutzen kann. Die KI ist leider aber noch nicht auf den Stand das man ihr einen gesamten grow von Veg bis Flower überlassen kann. Dafür regiert Sie viel zu langsam auf äußere Änderungen und trifft zu oft wenig smarte Entscheidungen.

Gibt da tatsächlich andere Hersteller die solche Einstellungen anbieten ohne das man sich einen Controller über 200€ kaufen muss der dich dann aus Gründen trotzdem einschränkt. Muss man dann selber wissen...

Customer service was on point. Responded to my email within 24 hours, and I received the replacement part inside of a week. It was my fault the part broke, and yet they still replaced it. Says a lot about a company.. AC Infinity stands on business!

I reached out to AC Infinity about a CLOUDRAY S6 fan that had stopped oscillating, even though it was slightly past the warranty period. Nick from their support team went above and beyond—he reviewed my case quickly and still approved a replacement for the newer Gen 2 model.

The process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the replacement is already on order. It’s rare to see a company that stands behind its products this well, especially when the warranty has technically expired. Huge thanks to Nick and AC Infinity for their outstanding customer service!

Ordered equipment for growing cannabis and received AI controller , it's working perfect , I can operate everything vent speed , lights power and more , I am very satisfied. Reached out through email for a broken screen on the heater I bought. Worked me through a few quick troubleshooting steps and when found out to be bad immediately sent a new one out to me. The customer service was professional and understanding. aC infinity makes great products and has shown me great customer service.

their controller is the worst device to connect (NOT) to wifi ever! spend hours and hours, days, changing routers, etc it finally worked and stopped working for no reason.. would not recommend this device

My experience with AC Infinity has been pretty great overall. Their prices are fair — not the cheapest out there, but definitely not overpriced — and the quality of their products has consistently impressed me. I’ve probably spent around $3,000 with them so far, and any time something has broken or stopped working, all I’ve had to do was contact customer service, provide the warranty info and proof of purchase, and they’ve immediately sent a replacement with no hassle. I’ve never even had to ship the defective product back.

I’ll admit I’m a little disappointed that a few items failed within the warranty period in the first place, but since they were covered and replaced quickly, it hasn’t been a real issue. I also appreciate that they carry just about everything I need — I’ve checked out competitors, and none seem to offer the same combination of product quality, selection, and support. Overall, I’m very satisfied with AC Infinity and plan to continue buying from them.

spent over 1k on ac products, after sales support is virtually inexistent and if support does write back they have no interest in actually helping, all they care a toss about it feedback for future gen upgrades to rake in more money... not from me ive got product on the way as we speak but im just returning the delivery im sick of supporting ac infinity now, ACI are starting to give spider farmer a good name!
