Quick response as always. What set this experience apart was the customer service representative listened to my concerns that the previous replacement unit had been sent with no padding. The new package arrived and the device works great. Real happy with the device and warranty service.

I was given ticket #593423 when asking a question about the Terraform 7 adopters credit for the T8.

Duke was the customer service representative that helped answer my questions and inform me of my credit to buy the new model.

Their quick response and positive attitude was a direct reason why I purchased the T8.

Before I was able to reference my new purchase of the T8 to start the refund……Duke had already submitted my refund and even found it charged me S&H unfairly.

Duke straightened everything out without even asking and made it the easiest transaction I have had with AC infinity.

Duke has set the standard for all Customer Service Representatives!! Please acknowledge his amazing abilities.

Having an issue with some equipment on a weekend. when I reached out to customer service, I didnt expect to hear back till monday but they wrote up a ticket for a replacement within an hr or 2 making my downtime shorter. They didnt have me do a handful of useless troubleshooting tasks and I couldn't be more grateful for the fast response and replacement(on its way). Thank you

Habe mir den T8 inlinelüfter gekauft inkl XXL AKF 200mm durchmesser. Der Lüfter mit seinen Beworbenen 39dB ist eine Bodenlose Lüge nicht mal mit je 3m Iso Schlauch und einem 110cm langem Schalldämpfer das 500MhZ Fiepen ist eine qual und ist selbst mit Alubutyl nicht in den Griff zu bekommen. Der AKF ist ebenfalls billiger Schrott und man riecht sehr viel lieber man Investert 50€ mehr und gönnt sich ein PrimaKlima oder sonst Bewährte Hersteller.. Fazit Abluftanlage ist absolut Schrott und ich Bereue den kauf zu Tiefst
