Acme Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews

The moment I walked into ACME & JUMPING JOE FLASH helped m
with the overwhelming chore of picking out floor tile, the whole experience was
the best ever! My cousin, who is very particular, -- ( code for fussy) had the ACME Team do her floors. I figured if she was crazy happy with the work .... these guys must be good.....and they were more than good......GREAT! Team Peter & crew arrived right on time. Professional, conscientious, proficient.....and oh, by the way Peter and crew finished a day ahead of time. They even locked up the house for me & cleaned. When I came home and opened the kitchen door, I was tripping was bad , I had to sit down on my new floor...... & this was tripping without chemicals.... but tripping happy with the final result.

Acme Carpet has been our ‘go to’ place for flooring for the past 10 years. I have always been happy with the selection of products. The people in the store are helpful and the people who come out for the installations are here on time, respectful of my home and they do an awesome job on the floors. I would not have any reservations about sending a friend of mine to Acme for their flooring.

We were thrilled with our recent improvements to our home provided by your knowledgeable salesman and the efficient Installers. Our bathrm floor and new carpets look wonderful. Your showroom has so much to choose from! Besides the wall to wall installation of carpet, we found a beautifully bound rug as well. We definately will come see you folks again.

We had linoleum and carpet installed in our bedroom and master bath. Installation was completed as scheduled. The installation was perfect and all old stuff removed and site was clean.
Kevin was the installer. He is a master craftsman.
Highly recommended Acme for all flooring needs.

I want to thank the entire team of Acme Carpet One Floor. The easy part of replacing the floor in your home is making the decision to replace it. The floor looks worn, you know it needs to be replaced and of course you saved for it. (I replaced the carpet in a small bedroom and linoleum in a half bath). BUT going into a flooring store is overwhelming (even though I brought my cousin with me for her expertise)- so many choices. Steve from Acme did a great job of doing an "intake" assessment. Asking me the questions that helped me narrow down the choices and point me in the right direction. The team that came to install my flooring (Pete and Doug) did an amazing job on the installation. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I plan to go to Acme Carpet One again for my future floor purchase.

Great people to deal with - dependable, timely and they did a great job on our projects.

I am absolutely thrilled with my floors from Acme Carpet One! The service and professionalism of the in-store staff and the installation team was second to none. The floors are gorgeous! I could not be happier!

We are new to a Lunenburg, Ma., having moved here from South Carolina. I was so fortunate to have found this business.. the gentleman that sold me the tile for a bathroom, a hallway and utility room was very patient as he explained all options to me. They were very prompt in the installation too. And regarding the installation: the two gentlemen that were in my home for 3 days could not have been more professional or kind. I actually missed them when the job was finished! I plan to frequent this business as we continue to update our new home.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. The staff who did the job were great. We are VERY PLEASED with our 2 new floor and the side job of stretching our living room rug, it's like having a new rug! Thank you. GREAT JOT!!

We are second generation Acme customers! My dad wouldn't go anywhere else for our flooring needs when I was growing up. My husband and I have always shopped at Acme for all of our flooring needs since buying our home 34 years ago as well. From wall to wall carpeting to area rugs to runners and most recently to replace flooring in our guest bathroom we have always been totally satisfied with selection and installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Everyone is so helpful and installation is done with such care and pride!!!

Great bunch of people to work with from start to finish nothin but professional

I frequently go here to change out the remnant rugs in my house. With two toddlers, three dogs and a cat I can avoid worry about the mess because the price is reasonable and the quality and style are so good. The staff is helpful- and always helps me secure the rug in my car.

Excellent service. prompt, polite and efficient. Reasonable price also.

We had new floors installed in almost every room of our house and we love it! Between Thanksgiving and Christmas we had new wall to wall carpet installed in our basement family room, and between Christmas and New Year we had hardwood flooring installed in 3 bedrooms, living room, diningroom and hall....a huge undertaking. Getting everything ordered and the work scheduled was a breeze with Jeff. Our installers, Pete and Scott, were professional and did an excellent job. If you are in the market to upgrade your floors, I highly recommend you go see the folks at Acme Carpet One.

I purchased carpet for my living room.
Jeff and staff are top notch. No comparison to the big box building centers. You can feel the family atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
Sales with absolutely no pressure, only helpfulness.
Installers were professional, polite, and neat.
Keep up the good work Jeff. It's not easy succeeding as a small, family owned business anymore, but you've managed to the right things!

My family has invested in Acme Carpet One's services my entire life (35 years) and they have never let us down. When I bought my first house, Acme was the first place I turned to for my living room floor. Thanks to them, I have a gorgeous hard wood floor that was laid perfectly along the curved brick edging that is next to my wood stove. Can't say enough how impressed I am with Acme's work from start to finish.
