Safety recall for vehicle, easy to arrange a convenient time for the appointment, staff were really polite and professional, investigation completed (turns out my car didn't need it), and car cleaned and vacuumed all by the time they said it would be.

Great Experience!
I initially emailed Acorn Kia in Macclesfield as I had seen a few vehicles on their website that suited my price range. I was responded to by Katie, who offered to give me a call to go through compliance for finance quotes or for me to come in. I decided to do the latter. From the moment I stepped in there, Katie made me feel at ease. The difference between here and other garages I’d visited was stark. I didn’t feel pressured in the slightest, which was my biggest concern being on my own, nor did I feel out of place - which some other garages did make me feel. Katie was kind, friendly and professional. She talked me through multiple vehicles, the whole PCP process (to which I was new) and got me a great deal on my rather old Nissan Juke that I part-exchanged. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough for her knowledge, friendliness and patience. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The reception staff were really friendly.
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.The car was serviced on time and quicker than the estimate.Only downside was that the cofee machine was not working as it had a notification that it needed refilling with water.There were some cans of soft drinks available though.

Why Kia?
As a driver of company vehicles for many years with many reputable brands to choose from choosing my own vehicle was new territory for me.
My decision to purchase my Kia was based mainly on my customer service experience led by your employee Katie Hayes.
I did not experience any of the usual sales pressure and Katie was extremely knowledgeable and clearly an ambassador of brand Kia which helped me make an informed decision on why to choose Kia.

Acorn Kia in Macclesfield…
I have used Acorn Kia in Macclesfield to look after my EV6 since they opened about 3 years ago. This week my wife & I called on them to look at the possibility of reducing our 2 car fleet (?) down to one, and must say that the experience was remarkably smooth and pain free.
All my dealings with them have far exceeded my expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is seeking 5 Star service.
