Spent $410.35 sent them several emails explaining they sent me the wrong item in the duo pack. They requested photos of what l received so l emailed them the photos again explaining what l received and what l didn't receive and asked what l need to do. No response. I have continued to email them requesting a response and today not response. Now l also realised l'm am.also missing an another item which was not sent in the either to the value of $55.00.
The delivery took several days before it was shipped out and then the incorrect order was shipped and missing an item as well. Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from this company ever again and l suggest you do the same.

Last time i use activeskin. Insist on requesting a signature on delivery. The reason to online shop is not to have to travel somewhere to get product. Having to go to Australia Post Office or a locker to collect a parcel because you were not home to sign defeats the purpose of this.

I haven’t tried the product yet but will never buy again as they insist on a signed delivery which means the inconvenient trip to the post office all for an inexpensive hair spray!!

Poor unresponsive customer service who are uninterested in resolving issues. Took forever to resolve an issue with a faulty product purchased from site. Purchase products elsewhere.

I’ve purchased from Active Skin multiple times in the past and have always had good experiences prompt shipping etc, which is why this situation was so disappointing.
I purchased a Medik8 product through Active Skin and experienced an immediate burning reaction on my skin when using it as directed which was odd as i have used alot of different actives with no issues. I contacted Active Skin promptly the next day to report the reaction.
Despite being a regular customer and reporting the issue straight away, I was told two weeks later that there was nothing they could do, and that any resolution was “up to Medik8 supplier” No goodwill gesture, store credit, or alternative solution was offered , I’m simply left with a product I can’t use.
I understand that retailers work with brands, but as the point of purchase, I expected Active Skin to take some accountability for customer care rather than deflect responsibility entirely.
For a professional skincare retailer, this response felt rigid and disappointing. I’m now left out of pocket for a product that caused an adverse reaction, with no practical support offered.
I hope Active Skin reflects on how situations like this are handled in future, especially for long-term customers.

Great online shopping experience. Excellent product range and pricing, with many helpful reviews. Items packed next business and received within 2 business days. Highly recommended.

Prompt delivery. However, items were not protected as there was no bubble wrap or packing paper. Both of my items box packaging were slightly damaged.

Cancelled order
Ordered during Black Friday sales on the 30th November. I waited for them to dispatch and nothing. I contacted them about my order and they said that its out of stock so they refunded me. Its a product still currently available online to buy right now.

There weren't a lot of reviews for this business so I was a little nervous purchasing for the first time. However, it was all seamless. Fast delivery, items all as described and a little Kit Kat treat thrown in as well. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this store again.

This is becoming a little addiction! They have my fave products, the best prices, loads of freebies and a sneaky Kit-Kat always hits the spot. All delivered super fast too. I’m hooked ;)

Ordered over a week ago they haven’t shipped my item and sent an email that went to my junk folder so I only just saw it asking me to send them a screenshot of my bank transaction as my order had been flagged for review. I am not sending my bank details to them so now I have to wait for a refund hopefully to get my $460 back. NEVER order from this company absolute joke

My experience with this online store has been exceptional. I have used most of the skin care delivery sites and while the ones I’ve used have been reliable, this one gives the best samples, deals, delivery and communication. For delivery, some of the others make me go to post office to collect - with this shop I can get it left in a safe place. I prefer this shop for skin stuff.

Purchased a Bondi Boost Hair tool from them last year. This year the tool started to have issues, so I contacted Bondi Boost directly. They asked me to contact the seller, so back to Active Skin it was (with very little hope, I must admit)
To my surprise, after the initial conversations, their customer care was very prompt in resolving the issue. Would definitely recommend to others and intend to return for future purchases as well.

I ordered products over $150 on 23 February and paid for express post to ensure I received them prior to my overseas holiday on 8 March, thinking that was plenty of time. I did not realise 2 of the products were not in stock and they do not split orders so when I chased up the order status it was due to be dispatched 4 March. No problem, with my express post will still make it just before I leave. Today (4 March) have been notified of further delays to stock not expected to arrive until 7 March (if then). I cancelled the entire order. I would never had ordered products that were not in stock for this reason. They say it would have shown on their website, but how did I miss it on 2 products? So now I go away without any makeup!! Anyway, beware buying from this company. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I purchased a skin care product over $100 value it was crushed and damaged and packed into the box in that condition so it was the staffs fault not the post office.
In my opinion the staff were rude about it didnt acknowledge the inconvenience and offered no compensation.

I wouldnt buy from a place that packs damaged products then expects you to be inconvenienced to cover their mistake.
If you are buying online dont take the chance with this place.
Bad service

Have ordered a number of times over the last few months and have always been impressed. Regular sales and often extra gifts with purchase. My last order was made on 23 December and I received it the next day!

I've purchased products over the last few years a few times, and I haven't had any problems yet. I've been happy so far!

The company can honour their statement and not steal hard earned money from customers.

Activeskin was recommended to me by a friend as a reliable and no fuss service for delivery of beauty products in Australia. In comparison to other companies I have ordered from their website is easy to use, there is regular discounts and sales. You are kept informed of your delivery information and you get a few extra little gifts inside. Of course over $50.00 attracts free delivery in Australia. I have had a couple of purchases from them and there has been no issue and the customer service has been great.
