What the hell is going on with your business? I spent over a $1000 in the last year and with this order, going on 3 weeks later and haven't sent it?! Through investigation on my part as you're too useless, i find my order is unfulfilled?! And the order is $450 on my account which is rubbish as my aftepay order is $157?! Customer service is absolutely rubbish! No one answers phone numbers. Emails go several days without response! Now i have a dispute open with afterpay so they can contact them. Disgusting experience. Wtf is going with my order?! Never again after this.

I ordered a bundle package containing a shampoo and conditioner. The website advertised and pictured the products in the new bottle design, which is exactly what I wanted. Instead, I received the old bottle design.
When I contacted customer care, they initially told me there was nothing they could do. They defended the mistake by claiming the formula inside the bottles was exactly the same, completely missing the point that I wanted the product and packaging as it was advertised. They first offered a 25% discount on my next purchase as compensation, but I just wanted what I paid for.
In the end, they offered a full refund, but the entire process has been a waste of time and having to return the products now is inconvenient. Very unhappy with this experience.
Products and packaging should be as advertised, and any changes to this needs to be made clear on the purchase page.
In their favour, delivery time was good.

I bought something online, after two weeks of it not being sent I sent them an email curious of my order was being sent. This was then replied with:

I’m sorry to let you know that when our warehouse team went to carefully pick your order, they were unable to locate the following item on the shelf:

I completely understand how disappointing this is, especially when you were looking forward to receiving everything together. This is never the experience we want for you, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

To make this right, I can either:
• Arrange a full refund for this item back to your original payment method
• Swap it for a similar priced product of your choice

Just let me know what you would prefer and I’ll organise it straight away.

As a small gesture of apology, we’ll also upgrade your order to free express shipping, shipped within 1 business day from your confirmation, so the rest of your goodies arrive as quickly as possible.

If you advertise something and list an item for sale you should be able to "find it on the shelf" what a joke

I ordered items & paid for express delivery as I needed them ASAP and Oz Hair was "going" to be the quickest. After multiple attempts in communication, one person said it's because one item is on "Back order" which was not clearly communicated when I ordered it as it said "In stock". It has now been 5 days of constant communication attempts to which no one has replied or gotten in contact with me which they said would occur. Don't say an item is stock, hold up an order then not communicate again. Send the package without it or notify the customer of the changes, it's not hard.. I will never buy from them again!

They offered fast delivery for an additional $19.95 after my order qualified for free shipping and then sent with Australian Post standard commerce service to NZ. Misleading at best but ripped off.

Fantastic experience. Just got regular post and it came super quick. Really well packaged and great price!

Would shop online there again hands down.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a hair straightener a week ago, and my order still hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times for an update, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to have no communication and no idea when my order will be sent. Based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend ordering from this company.

Customer service is atrocious. The phone number doesn't get picked up, the chat function is an AI and did not do what I had ask which was change delivery address. Well, I got no response from them at all. Just wanted to change the delivery address, and no one got back to me. Its now getting sent to an old address of mine. I will try and head there to see if I can get my order. This is the last time I will use OZ Hair and Beauty to buy my hair products.

I've only recently started ordering from here a little more frequently. Used to get most of my products from AB but have switched over to oz hair. The range is great and I love the frequent sales and cashbacks. There were a couple of hiccups - a faulty skincare serum and another where my package took a week to arrive despite paying for express post - and some of these reviews got me worried coz they weren't handled well but i'm actually pretty happy with how they resolved both for me. They issued a replacement with free express post. Turns out batch was faulty after replacement didnt work out and then they refunded it entirely next day. And for the 2nd issue which was my most recent order, they refunded the express post cost even though I didn't ask. I get really iffy with online stores and their resolution processes but honestly oz hair have really impressed me compared to lot of other online stores ive shopped at who've f'd about with these things

Purchased a $250 shark hairdryer from OzHair and Beauty which malfunctioned after 18 months of light - moderate use (10 mins, 2 - 3 x per week). According to ACCC, Oz Hair and Beauty as the retailer is meant to repair, replace or refund when a product has a major issue. Instead they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them and after several weeks of not hearing anything, they sent me the manufacturer's phone number and told me to follow it up myself. Will not use them again when there are so many other hair & beauty retailers around.

My parcel went missing which was entirely australia posts fault however they didn't do what they were suppose to on their end and never replied to emails. I was the one who eventually found my parcel at the Alexandra Hills post office. So thanks OZ Hair & Beauty for the lack of communication

I placed an order 6 - 7 days ago and purchase express shipping. My order still hasn't been packaged and shipped. The website states 2 working days before orders are sent and I am very frustrated that I have paid more for express shipping! I have reached out via email and the websites chat about 6 times, requested to cancel my order through the websites contact us portal and am yet to receive any response. This is a $360 order! I am so upset that a site will take money for a purchase, not complete and send the order in a timely manner, charge me for " express post" and then not respond to it's customers.

Always reliable, good quality products i use on my hair. The prices are competitive and fast shipping. They have great customer service too :)

I love Oz Hair and Beauty. They always have everything I want for my hair needs and I love the prices, sales and range. I also like that I can try new products that have been reviewed by others.

Great product range and super friendly, helpful staff.

I like the discount for uni students, the loyalty points, and the ease of the site. Payment can be a bit fiddly sometimes which is annoying. One of the few places where I can get all ofthe brands I want in one shop, with easy shipping and better value.

I love the variety in the store and online. I especially love the sales and the little gifts that I get from online orders. The staff in store are always friendly and helpful.

The service I receive at Oz hair and beauty is amazing, I’ll always be shopping here!
