I have been seeing Liz regularly for my hair appointments since mid 2024. Not only is Liz lovely, she has also made the biggest difference to my hair within the first few months of seeing her. My hair was so dry and damaged from years of colouring and perming, with split ends and oily roots. Liz understood exactly what my fine hair needed--she gave me the best hair advice and recommended me the best products that actually WORKS and saved my hair. I can now go for 4-5 days between washes (previously needed to wash every second day) and recently could even skip a trim at my regular visit because my hair was in good condition!

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the order. With no updates in the last 2 weeks from your company. Tried to track the order and it said there was no record of my order number

Click and collect order was easy to place online and quick and easy to pick up in store when I was ready.

Always very responsive to questions, and prompt shipping. A great variety of products with good descriptions and advice on what types of hair each product is suitable for.

I really like shopping with Oz Hair and Beauty because they always have great deals and free products when you spend over a certain amount, and the freebies are actually really good, not cheap samples. The discounts are great, the products are high quality, and my hair looks amazing and feels super nice after using them, so I’m definitely going to keep buying from them.

I placed a click & collect order as the website showed all items in stock at the store for next day pickup. After 3 days with no update, I called and was told the items weren’t actually in store and had to be ordered in, with a 5 day wait. If i had known there'd be a wait I would've gone another route.

As a result, I’ve had to purchase the product elsewhere. Clear and accurate stock information is really important. I've had good experiences in the past so this was just dissapointing.

Update: it's been three weeks and i've heard nothing. I called the shop and asked for a status update, they said it was in store after 3 weeks of ordering but they didn't email me when it came in. I requested a refund.

Been purchasing for Oz Hair and Beauty for years. Always great purchases and and speedy delivery. Even better now with a click and collect from store.

I have shopped with OzH&B both in store and online. In either scenario I always get outstanding service from these lovely people.

For my last online order, I had a question about an Alfaparf Milano product which was answered quickly using the chat with us function on the website. My head nearly spun off my neck with the speed of the delivery (next day!).

As for in store interactions with OzH&B staff, they are such gorgeous humans. I visited the Woden, ACT, store the last couple of times I was in Canberra - they are always ready with a smile and provide efficient, helpful service.

Terrible service. I have been waiting for over a week for my multi-hundred dollar order to be shipped and apart from a single vague and unhelpful response to my follow up some days ago, nothing has happened and they have failed to respond to my further queries.

I will never buy from this store again and will do my best to make sure no one I know does either.

My items came packed safely and on time. It was an easy choose and checkout process online. Love my new Davroe products. Great descriptions online to help me choose what I needed too!
