Allison was very helpful in the office with us needing to change over removal date. The removal guys on the day of the move were excellent.

From the start this company gave me confidence. Everyone was friendly and helpful at each stage. The office ladies were great to deal with.
We had a lovely team on the day!!
Nothing was too much trouble and they were efficient and made moving house fun because of their positive attitude.

For anyone looking for a stress free move then you must use Actual Removals. From start to finish this company did an absolute fantastic job and I am so pleased we used them for the move. The advise from Matthew who gave the quote was great. We didn’t have a pleasant time in selling our house and had at least 4 moving dates of which the admin staff were so understanding and their communication and support massively helped with the stress of it all. The packing materials that came in the quote were great. Boxes were strong, bubble wrap that actually had bubbles (bought some online and it was rubbish) and even the tape actually sticks!! The guys that moved us out and in were:- polite, friendly, funny and they all worked very well together asking on several occasions where we wanted things put and if it didn’t look right they didn’t hesitate in moving it. They really look after your furniture.

A really nice group of lads seemed happy in their work and a good amount of banter between them. Kept the atmosphere light and helped with the awesome task of removing everything and then unloading it. It was a long day as we moved a fair distance, but they kept smiling. Well done lads.

Highly recommend Actual Removals. The service they provided on the days leading up to moving and on the day was brilliant.

I’m very pleased with the service overall especially given the Covid difficulties and being unable to actually be there. I would like to have avoided boxes piled so high that as a small 74 year old woman I was never going to be able to access them!
I’m particularly grateful for all the support given by Alison in the office. Very calm and reassuring, thank you!

I cannot rate Actual Removal highly enough, the team were respectful and most importantly presented a professional and confident image. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services. Nothing was too much to ask and through the stress that naturally comes with a house move, the team were an oasis of calm!

The team who work in the office were also incredibly helpful and informative prior to the move date and we had a very short time between exchange and completion which they were able to accommodate without issue.

Simply amazing! They made the whole day less stressful and we’re amazing with our autistic son who found the day very upsetting, but they took the time to talk to him and get him involved. Couldn’t fault them at all, and would certainly recommend.

We have used Actual before so using them again was a easy choice. As expected Richard and his team were efficient, friendly and pleasure to work with, nothing was to much trouble and they made what is a stressful day easy. Thank you once again and would highly recommend.

Super service and at a very good price. The guys moved us into a new build and all rooms and stairs are white. When they finished which was a big job there wasn't a mark anywhere. Thoroughly recommend Actual.
