Highly reccomend, made our moving day as smooth as could be and went above and beyond to do what they could to help, both in the office and the guys who moved us on the day.
Have recommended to friends and family and would absolutely use again!

All staff very very helpful and friendly from the assessor who came to the house to the admin staff to the removal men! The assessor ? Matt, very helpful and informative. Quote received very quickly.
Boxes delivered in a timely manner but no bubble wrap and not quite enough tape but still an excellent service.
Big thank you to Alison, Sue and Amy who were supportive and helped keep us calm when trying to establish a moving date. Never made to feel a nuisance when ringing them! The removal men were punctual, extremely organised and conscientious. They kept us informed as to when rooms had been cleared to checking with us where things were to go into the new house (as had extra rooms!) They were also tidy and clean.
No problem in recommending you - in fact, I already have!

From the moment we let them know we had chosen them, Alisson was so helpful and kind. A brilliant face to the company without ever actually seeing here because of the world we live in at the moment.
What can you say about the guys that turned up to move a large house 50 miles away, well it is easy as they were brilliant. They turned up on time and got straight to it being ultra efficient and friendly. We then turn up at our new house and the old owner had hired some non professionals who were slow (even though we had completed). These guys worked around them and even helped move the other stuff just so we could all get in as quickly as possible. That for me is going above and beyond. I hope I never move again but if I do and they are willing to travel, I will definitely ask them again

Wouldn’t use anyone else to be honest. We’ve used Actual twice and both times they’ve been reliable, dealt with problems with positivity and nothing is too much trouble.

The guys on the day were amazing, not the easiest day especially due to really poor weather.
The team turned up dead early and supported us all the way through the day and into the new house. They even supported installing the white goods into the new home.
Great team with a great supporting attitude, brilliant. Would and have highly recommend them.

The team at Actual were fantastic, we would highly recommend them and not hesitate to employ them again. Alison in the office was great, really helpful and the team on the day worked very hard and kept us all going with their willingness and sense of humour.

The team were fantastic - professional, courteous and hard working. Nothing was any trouble and all my items were safe.

We had to move really quickly and contacted Actual Removals who gave us a very competitive quote but could move us the next day.
It was only a small amount of personal items needed to be removed so a Luton box with two guys was agreed to do our job.
I cannot say enough how professional the guys were on the day, they arrived on site bang on time, looked at what we required to be moved, and quietly went about loading the van.
It was all loaded very quickly, and taken to a storage facility and unloaded with the minimum of fuss.
From the initial contact phone call to the guys pulling away from finishing thd job, Actual acted so professionally with a fantastic work force.
We would 100% recommend Actual to family and friends for any further removals that may be required.
We cannot thank them enough, especially the two guys who were fantastic on to go day.

We couldn’t fit all the contents of our house in their lorry so they left three van loads for us to take! Lucky we had time after our initial moving day. Nice fella’s though.

Short notice booking with 2 vans needed. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service from both the removal team and office (Alison). A little later start than expected, but all completed satisfactorily. I’d definitely recommend.

We thought the fellas that moved our furniture were brilliant. Had a bit of a wait for our keys to arrive which was worrying for us but they tried to put our minds at rest.

Had to book last minute as original company let us down. They got us moved on the day we needed, with no fuss. The guys did a marvellous job, how they got the sofas in and out with no issues was amazing. Very helpful, did a great job, would highly recommend 👍
