Ever since I submitted an application for a job here (that I didn’t take), my
phone has been spamming with “recruiters” based in Africa using this company’s address. Super dodgy and irresponsible handling of people’s private information. Thanks so much.

I applied as an Amazon associate working for Adecco Australia. I went through the entire process, everything from the Adecco induction, Australian Police Check, Drug and Alcohol testing and filling the application. Everything seemed to be fine, with the consultants even emailing me about my first day TWICE. The day before the induction day, they called me to inform me the Amazon intake was cancelled by Amazon. They told me Amazon informed them that morning. If they knew this would happen, why asking me to go through the whole process, wasting theirs and my time. Unless, what they told was not true, and I was not wanted. Where is the trust?

I utilized Adecco as an agency to secure employment, and I had the pleasure of working with Bradely Douglas. Throughout the entire process, Bradely was incredibly supportive, guiding me through each step with remarkable responsiveness and accessibility. I wrote a good review about Addeco in Chatham just before Christmas but I was too quick of the mark. I applied for a forklift job which Jake told me that there was a job going in Newhythe as a forklift driver. But this was a lie no forklift driving involved only moving 210 kilo drums of a standard pallet onto a euro pallet for eight hours a day. I told Jake that I left because the job he gave me was not what I wanted. He had forklift jobs on his site but he would not entertain me as I let him down not me. The Company do not help you get the job you want but they only think about there commission and give you the jobs that they can not fulfil.

Nach 25 Minuten kam bereits die Absage und dies zum zweiten Mal. Als ich anrief um den Grund zu erfahren, bekam ich dermassen schnoddrige Antworten. Der Herr meinte, drei Seiten seien in weniger als 10 Minuten gelesen und deswegen kam so schnell die Absage und überhaupt müsse sich niemand vor mir rechtfertigen. Er griff mich während des Gesprächs nur an und unterbrach mich ständig. Nach 5 Minuten sagte ich er könne sich weitere herablassende Argumentationen sparen, denn nun wisse ich mehr über Adecco als mir lieb ist. Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung mit diesem sehr unseriösen Unternehmen, welches sich einbildet die Marktführung gepachtet zu haben!

When an employee is made redundant after 17yrs service to Adecco and the manager does not even say goodbye it says what a poor company this is to be on their books and as an employee.
Seriously lacking in empathy and family support, labour fulfillment is poor and managers lack any sort of ability to manage a workforce, No paperwork confirmation regarding redundancy payout. You work for Adecco at your peril.

Interview date 22/8 and was told that applicants would be advised by COB 25/8. I heard nothing by that time from the Adecco Talent Acquisition Consultant for internal contact centre role after the stipulated time, so I sent both her and the contact team leader a thank you email for their time during the interview, and for an update. The rejection email came back at 9.02am Monday.
I followed up with an email asking if it would affect the other 2 applications for their internal Federal government contract (different roles) and was not only told no, it would not. In her email reply, the Talent Acquisition Consultant even offered to provide feedback to assist my chances in those.
I accepted (over a week ago) the feedback and advice that was promised but since then the Talent Acquisition Consultant has ghosted me and I have not got ANY response about the other 2 roles....strange that. This was after the same Talent Acquisition Consultant told me several times, that my prior ADF, customer service and contact centre experience qualifications were extremely strong for the initial customer experience role, so much that I got the impression that the interview was pretty much a formality. I thought I handled the interview and role play fairly well, but I guess using the website as a tool in the role play was a mistake.

Als hochqualifizierter ü50er wurde ich innert eines Tages von Herrn Willi "abgewimmelt." Adecco ist spezialisiert auf einen hohen Durchlauf an billigem Temporärpersonal. Als erfahrene Fachkraft würde ich von dem Laden die Finger lassen.

My experience with Adecco has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I applied for a job and Andy called me the next day with such a friendly manner and went through every single detail with me, he was so helpful and quick to respond to my emails and any silly questions I was unsure on. In the space of 10 days I had an interview and got given the job! I would also like to add, Andy called me everyday to check in and see how I was doing and if I needed any advice regarding my interview, he called me after my interview to see how it all went, he made the process so easy and stress free. Thank you so much, I appreciate everything

Came to Adecco looking for work of any kind, thanks to Andy he got me a full time permanent job that I have been looking for, highly recommend if you need work or even help. Thank you guys

The process was very simple all the information was there and that staff are excellent.

Be very careful dealing with this company!!!
particularly if relying on them to pay your salary!!!..
In my case, Adecco REPEATEDLY failed me in the following ways:

- Late payments
- Incorrect payments (too little of course!)
- A combination of both of the above..

Over 10 months of working in a contract role, I've had to chase after this crowd literally every other week due to payment delays of blunders on their side.

They are also exceptionally slow to respond... We're talking days to a week to reply to an email.
I worked nights and regularly lost sleep due to having to "follow up" with Adecco on a regular basis because they appear to be unable to recruit employees in their finance team with the ability to calculate basic addition and subtraction!!!

In the end, I left my role before the end of my contact despite the fact that I really enjoyed my work, thanks to Adecco.

I made a point of confirming with my new employer that they do NOT use Adecco!!

To add insult to injury, I received an email from their "Overpayments" department just before my final salary payment advising that they were going to cut
£367.50 off my final weeks wages as they say that 1 of my payments was overpaid by this amount 3 months ago!!... (incorrect)

I replied back explaining that they in fact UNDERPAID me by the said amount 1week before the date they were referencing.
The amount they referred to as an "overpayment" was in fact credited to my salary of the week they referred to in order to make up the amount that was MISSING from the week prior to that..
It's just as well that I kept a copy of all my historic payslips!!!...
I was left wondering if they were trying to pull a scam???

To say they're a complete nightmare to deal with would be a major understatement!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! (No pun intended)

Adecco Hull is the best agency I have ever dealt with. I have been with them twice and both times Andy has had a permanent job for me within a couple of days. I would highly recommend using them and if I've ever looking for a job again I have no doubt that they could find me one quickly.
