I was really nervous before my assessment but Lucy put me at ease straightaway. The questions can bring up some difficult topics but I was met with compassion and no judgment by Lucy. If I didn’t fully understand then Lucy reworded the question or gave examples to help me. It felt more like a chat than being assessed. The greatest part is getting your results the same day as your assessment, there’s no waiting which takes away the anxiety. I asked lots of questions and was given simple answers and straightforward advice. I know what the next steps are and there are lots of resources on the portal to go through. I’m so happy with how this went today and I look forward to my follow up appointments. I definitely recommend ADHD 360!

I had my assessment with Howard couldn’t of felt more heard an understood by him highly recommend got more of a understanding from him when I didn’t understand things being asked got everything from the assessment I wanted

The video that you watch to let you know what to expect was really nice, to put you at ease and give you information about the company. My assessor was friendly also but obviously knowledgeable, and did well to keep asking questions and make notes of my digresses.
It was a quick process, the only hold up was me not having completed the online information to get to the appointment stage, and that was because it was suggested that the form was completed in the morning. It wasn't morning and therefore I didn't do it straight away.

Nadia was amazing. She put me at ease during the whole assessment. The online portal is really easy to use. Every time I had a query, they were quick to answer the phone and provide me with reassurance.

A truly dreadful service. Poor communication with other mental health services in the NHS, poor communication in regards to their own procedures and what they expect from you in certain situations (for example, if shared care is refused, or what to do if you are already under the care of other mental health professionals and they want to tweak the medication prescribed initially by ADHD 360). I could write so much more, considering they are dealing with people who are asking for help, they treated me with utter contempt, and continue to delay (to this day) in resolving a situation they caused which has resulted in them stopping sending me my medications.

Some of their staff are truly amazing, others lack the empathy to understand what people are going through, and god forbid you show the smallest amount of frustration, they will stop communicating with you all together.

EDIT: It is truly disheartening to see that ADHD 360 can respond to a negative review within 24 hours, and my issue has been dragging on for months. Public image must matter more than individual care.

Excellent experience lady was so relaxed which made us relax as we were very anxious about the meeting couldn't ask for a better appointment .

I was very nervous to start with but my clinician put me at ease instantly. She was very warm and friendly. Explaining things to me clearly and if I did not understand the question she had no problem with repeating it to me and explaining what she meant.

Amazing from start to finish! Can not recommend this company more! Years of struggling and finally people with knowledge and understanding of symptoms connected to ADHD and not people who fob you off blaming anxiety!! Will recommend to anyone who listens! Fully supported throughout! 10 stars and more!

The service was quick, easy to navigate and the psychologist was professional but empathetic building rapport so i felt comfortable sharing.

Could share feelings freely without the fear of being judged. The expert could easily assess what's going on in my mind. Looking forward to more such sessions.

Quick, easy and make you feel very supported. I’m only 17 and my old school always brushed my behaviour off as me being misbehaved or distracted so once i left i decided to get my diagnosis my own way and im so happy i chose ADHD360! Howard was a fantastic clinician and started off the call asking who my kitten was which made me know i was welcomed. he was very kind and friendly and we got chatting inbetween the assessment questions as he understood took the time to listen and really try to understand me! im looking forward to our next chat! thank you ADHD360!
