Big big thankyou to my consultant today Claire Cawley i was so nervous and worried about my appointment but OMG she made me feel so at ease and explained everything clearly in a way i could understand and when i couldnt she worded it different or gave a good example of what she meant so i could understand . Iv never felt so at ease by the end of my assesment . Perfect person for this type of role thankyou so much

I’m absolutely impressed with how easy everything it is on an online account to fill in and to answer. Took a bit of time till appointment happened. However the appointment it self the assessment was very easy and smooth to follow. Mariah my consultant she was amazing very gentle and easy to chat very reassuring and very lovely and warm personality, exactly what you need to feel free to chat about things that perhaps we don’t feel proud and masking often.

Overall I am very thankful and grateful

I had my assessment and the clinician was very thorough. I had Cynthia who took the time to listen to and take my history.

I found my assessment was less scarier than I anticipated. I was made to feel at ease and actually felt like I was just having a chat with a friend at times. I was given my diagnosis straight away and everything was explained to me professionally, any questions I had were answered and any anxieties and worries I was made to feel at ease. I would definitely recommend ADHD 360 and Andy Roberts if you are thinking of having an assessment.

My clinician Claire Cawley was amazing !! My assessment was an easy and smooth process in which she made me feel comfortable and safe to open up. The assessment started right on time and i was provided will very insightful and useful knowledge moving on.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Quick wait time. Thorough assessment. Started medication on the same day as diagnosis. My mental health lead is Stuart who is helpful, knowledgable and considerate. Highly recommended.

The only reason ADHD360 get any stars is as a result of the amazing care, patience and understanding of Bethany Norfolk. She helped me titrate and has transformed elements of my life.

Before Bethany was my contact, I had 4 or 5 so continuity of care wasn't present ,As a result of this I also had missed and cancelled appointments, appointments set up at the wrong time, missed prescriptions and lack of accountability. When they missed an appointment where they didnt prescribe in time and i advised of the risk of suicidal thoughts as a result. their advice was to contact 999 if i thought i was goign to harm myself. They have since not upheld my complaint (despite admitting to 8 different failures) and have said i need to take it up with the CQC. Dangerous and dreadful. Apart from Bethany who was a dream!

Extremely quick turnaround; my appointed clinical advisor was friendly and professional. Diagnosed later in life and looking forward to the support.

Claire Cawley was an absolute saint with me and really helped me out during our session. She was kind, attentive and nothing but amazing.

My initial experience of ADHD 360 was great, and I recommended them to others. I used the right to choose pathway for me and my son, and it took around 4 months for both of us for the initial assessment. Their website is a mess and difficult to navigate, and they ask you for the same information again and again and again. After that it was a complete mess.

They prescribed medication without notifying me, to a pharmacy I'd never heard of and couldn't get to. I went onto the website and by chance discovered the prescription. Then you have to phone the pharmacy and request for the prescription to be put on the spine so you can ask another pharmacy to fill it. The problem is that no physical pharmacy will fill it, because dosages are split up, and pharmacies won't open boxes to take some meds out for a split. So you have to use an online pharmacy, which they don't tell you 'till the prescription has expired, and then it's a nightmare to get another prescription.

The meds (Concerta) didn't work for me, so I was due to start a different medication. Then I got diagnosed with cancer, and with treatment, 3 surgeries (incl a mastectomy), the time wasn't right for me to start any new meds. ADHD360 has now told me I'm being discharged because I'm not using the service. They refuse to accept that I didn't purposely get cancer just to inconvenience them. Nice guys, penalising a cancer patient who doesn't have the energy to deal with this nonsense!

Now for my son - we had to get his prescription re-issued, also due to them not informing us of issuing the first one and that expiring. Then unable to find a pharmacy that can fill it. We finally got the meds, and it says not to be used for people with heart problems - my son has had heart surgery. We have also told them countless times that my son is at college and can't do appointments during class time, but they keep scheduling appointments during class time. They refuse to answer the question about whether or not my son can actually use the meds, and have 'closed down the conversation' as it has been dealt with over the phone. Not once have they phoned my son to discuss this. So he still can't start taking his meds.

The poor response time (if you're lucky enough to even get a response), the gaslighting and outright lying etc is just ridiculous. Add to that that the actual diagnosis letter is full of things you never actually said - some of it is laughable. I think they use a proforma letter and just change a few details.

I would most definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone - not if you value your mental health.

From start to assessment/ diagnosis this has been such a smooth and quick process , fantastic company .

This is the second time I have gone through a private diagnosis process for one of my children, but it was my first experience using ADHD 360. Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air. The whole process was much easier, streamlined, and supported by excellent staff throughout.

Louise made my child feel as relaxed as possible during the assessment, and having the prescription sent over within minutes of the diagnosis was amazing. It was a stark contrast to our experience with the previous private diagnosis center. I would highly recommend ADHD 360.

Claire Cawley was absolutely fantastic during my diagnosis and treatment. Her approach was very human and personal which I appreciated as a neurodivergent adult. She helped me to understand parts of diagnosis that I did not understand before and talked me through the treatment in detail, answering any questions I had. It’s clear she has a true passion for the work she does and cares for each client she meets. My overall experience with ADHD360 has been brilliant, even accommodating my ADHD forgetfulness in the form filling and appointment booking. Thank you Claire and ADHD360 team 🎶🌱

Like: the assessor was professional and attempted deeper questions to gain more clarity about my condition.

Dislike: long wait time to get assessed, far longer than they said . Diagnosis not really followed up- think patients need to discuss next steps rather than just say y/n to meds….

ADHD360 as a service is fabulous! i have 2 children with them who have adhd and are on medication. i have been with them now for 3 years first becoming a private patient then on a right to choose pathway. the clinicians are great, really helpful and really listen to parents! the 1 issue i have is the 6 calls per year thing although in an emergency they did take more calls and revised medication for both my chidren straight away.....i would recommend this service above any other ADHD clinics and services.

Fantastic experience. My appointment went on longer than scheduled which was entirely my fault (which I feel really guilty about) but Victoria was great. Didn't rush me and let me speak. Very positive conversation with someone knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Would recommend to anyone heading down this particular road. Thankyou for all your help.
