This process has been very simple to follow with all requirements on the site. The assessment was really well carried out remotely and we received the diagnosis at the end of the session. This is really good as there is no stress of waiting for the results and we could clearly talk immediately about next steps and how to help.

I have felt fully supported throughout my adhd360 journey, Imran has been so supportive. Everything has been explained in thorough detail and I have for once felt so understood. I am so pleased to have finally had my diagnosis and treatment, so efficiently. Thoroughly recommend this service. All dose reviews have been very informative.

I am amazed how easy and straightforward the process took online as normally, these sort of questionnaires and knowing what documents to upload stresses me out a lot! My waiting time for an appointment came quicker than expected, yes, there was a bit of a wait but not as long I initially expected.

My consultant, Imran, was very reassuring to me and helped a lot with explaining things to me. In addition, I felt safe throughout my assessment, knowing I was under good care.

Overall, I highly recommend ADHD360 to anyone who is considering because, you will be looked after and is not alone!

Just had my first online consultation, absolutely brilliant. very supportive and understanding. Sophie was brilliant. Very easy to talk to and explain past history. Would 100% recommend.

At first it was very good and fast treatment for private care for an ADHD assessment on my son. However as time has gone on, I have found myself chasing for medication and only just receiving it a day before his dose is due. Staff seem very friendly and professional.

I had a very positive experience with ADHD 360. The whole process was quick, and the time from referral to diagnosis was impressively short. Some of the questions were difficult and emotional, but Suzanne, who carried out my assessment, was wonderful—patient, understanding and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend ADHD 360.

I was nervous about the whole process and procrastinated for a long time. However, once I started the process I received an appointment very quickly and it was very straight forward, even better was the actual appointment with Doctor Shahinoor Islam who put me completely at ease within a matter of minutes, he was professional and very understanding which allowed me to open up. I actually look forward to my next appointment with him which is unusual for me with ADHD. Highly recommend.

I wanted to write this review both to say a genuine thank you to Matthew for all his help and support, and also to hopefully point anyone considering an ADHD assessment towards a service that has had such a positive impact on me.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly easy to navigate and felt personal, understanding and thorough.

Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout, and made me feel genuinely understood. I never felt rushed or like I was simply being moved through a process. He always took the time to answer my questions, explain each stage clearly and, most importantly, help me understand the science and psychology. Matthew was always willing to take the time.

The turnarounds and response times from ADHD 360 were also fantastic, especially compared with the initial waiting time I was given by the NHS.

This experience has had a significant impact on my life and has given me a much better understanding of myself and my experiences. I’m incredibly grateful to Matthew and everyone at ADHD 360 for their help and support. Thank you!

My assessor was extremely supportive, intuitive and had a warming presence. from the first few minutes of my assessment i immediately felt at ease and knew i will be in good hands. Overall from the point of referral to assessment the process has taken no more than a week and a half and i look forward to continue my treatment journey with ADHD360!

My experience with ADHD360 has been very positive overall. I initially felt extremely anxious about the assessment but the clinician put me at ease and guided me through the process. I felt listened to, understood, taken seriously and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my experiences openly and without judgement. Did not wait to long for the appointment, The lady we had for my son was very friendly, patient and made us both feel comfortable.

Awful experience. Have been ignored for the last 6 months after my diagnosis and they haven't given 1 ounce of care with my declining mental health. Have passed me off every time I have tried. And the excuses they've made have been disgusting. No support what so ever after my diagnosis. I don't recommend going through them and avoid at all costs.

The assessment with Dr Imran was insightful and helpful to understand the issues that I’ve been dealing with from a child to an adult. It was great to talk with someone who can share his vast knowledge on ADHD and make it make sense to me.

I had such a lovely experience with Howard during my ADHD assessment. He was genuinely so kind, understanding and reassuring throughout the whole process. I was quite nervous beforehand, but he made me feel comfortable straight away and honestly, it felt more like I was chatting to a friend than having an assessment.

He really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I was experiencing, and I felt like I could be completely open and honest with him without feeling judged. He was also really nice and funny, which made the whole experience feel so relaxed and natural.

I’m really grateful for how supportive and understanding he was, and for taking the time to properly understand me. He made what could have been quite a stressful experience feel so much easier. I’d definitely recommend him!

The process thankfully didn't take as long as I thought it would and the lady who did my assessment was very nice whilst I was trying to explain my answers etc. Just make sure you're refreshing your patient portal to keep up to date with your steps toward treatment as you'll regularly be asked for measurements, which whilst I understand they're needed for accurate prescriptions I've done it a few times just to be asked again not a couple of days later resulting in multiple measurements being taken between appointments and the batteries dying quite fast on the blood pressure mesurer machine but that is my only gripe to be honest and it's minor so still 5 stars as the assessment itself was the easiest bit to a degree as I just made sure to answer honestly and the lady doing my assessment was really helpful and patient if I got stuck on anything like trying to think of examples of scenarios etc.
