After years of not being heard Claire actually heard us.
My 16 to daughter had her assessment today and Claire cawley was just brilliant. It was obvious from the start she has a deep understanding, empathy and feels a genuine passion with neurodiversity. She was able to draw out responses from my heavily masking teen and the whole meeting really felt very relaxed as though we were chatting in our living room with a friend who really understood exactly where we were at.
All the years of not being heard and minutes into this one we were heard. Thanks Claire😃

Brilliant experience
If there was an option for more stars I would give them. Andrew Roberts carried out my assessment today for ADHD and I just wanted to say that the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Andrew made me feel completely at ease and really listened and seemed to understand what I was saying. I was very nervous before hand but he really put me at ease. I felt he had a brilliant understanding of ADHD and I felt very supported throughout the whole process and am delighted to have finally received a diagnosis.

Really Great Experience
I am truly amazed and extremely grateful for my experience with ADHD360. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that their speed and level of care was so good that it sincerely felt too good to be true. ADHD360 were extremely quick to respond to my case (with almost all of the waiting being due to them waiting for me needing to book appointments with the NHS to fill in and send the appropriate documents, with the total waiting I had to do for them barely lasting even a few weeks). The specialist I spoke to during my diagnosis appointment was also exceptionally kind and patient, taking the time to wait and help me when I ran into technical issues during our meeting, and successfully adapting to the lost time time to still complete the meeting. At no point did I feel as though I was treated poorly through this process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to determine whether or not they have ADHD.

Clinicians FIne, Processes. Deliveries, and Privacy are a Joke
The clinicians themselves are fine, but the organisation is a different matter.
At the time of this review i have noted their 3rd part provider for the app has extremely poor information security clarity and my complaint to ADHD360 yielded no real result and in my opinion they did not seem to be concerned about it at all.
Chemist4u who they use for deliveries are an absolute joke of a service. They post it second class to them, and they then take an age whilst quoting 48 hours to me. at the end of the 48 hours they only shipped because i was kicking off about it.
They then changed my clinician and my appointment time due to their capacity issues with an emailing telling me that if i didnt attend the new time i would be marked as 'did not attend' and they would run the missed appointment process. didnt check i was ok for that appointment time or anything, just here is your new time and if you dont attend you they will mark it as your fault.
Got mental health issues from what they prescribe? Well they wont be dealing with that either, and have nothing in place for support. That is 111/999/GP.
FYI, i am fully private with them, not NHS where limited resources can affect the level of services. i paid them a little over £2k and the NHS performs better than them, except for initial diagnosis time.
Strong recommend avoiding.

While we are unable to discuss the specifics of an individual's care in a public forum, we would like to provide some general information about our processes.
We take information governance and data security extremely seriously. Any third-party providers we use are subject to robust due diligence and review processes to ensure they meet our requirements for data protection, information security, confidentiality and regulatory compliance. These arrangements are reviewed by the appropriate teams within our organisation, including our Digital and Data Protection teams.
In relation to medication, private ADHD prescriptions are required to be issued as paper prescriptions in line with current NHS England prescribing requirements, and is not a process determined by ADHD 360. Prescriptions are sent to C4U using Royal Mail Tracked 24, not a second-class postal service. Once received, medications are typically dispatched within two working days. Whilst we work closely with our partners to facilitate timely prescribing and dispensing, any delays that occur after a prescription has been issued or dispatched are outside of our direct control.
We also recognise that some patients may experience side effects from ADHD medication. Our clinical teams are available to review medication-related concerns and provide advice regarding treatment. However, where a patient requires urgent mental health support or support beyond the scope of our ADHD service, we would encourage them to seek assistance from their GP, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.
Occasionally, appointments may need to be rearranged due to unforeseen circumstances. Where this happens, we aim to minimise disruption and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If an alternative appointment is not suitable, patients are encouraged to contact us so that we can work with them to identify a more appropriate time.
Finally, non-attendance policies are common across healthcare settings and help ensure that clinical time remains available for all patients accessing care.

Absolutely the worst …… took my money and did not complete assesment …. It was clear from the beginning my child would not engage .. the assessor was aware and unable to complete an assesment and proceeded to take £950 for nothing a complete rip off.

Helpful, understanding and supportive
I had to cancel a few assessments because I was so anxious and the while team were both helpful and understanding which I've never had from medical professionals before. When I finally emailed requesting another assessment I was booked in and seen in under a week. Ruth Kinioko did my assessment and she was helpful, supportive and understanding and the whole thing was over before I knew it. Ruth noticed things that I didn't in myself and my answers and used that to both have a conversation and inform her decision. Honestly couldn't recommend the team enough, in fact I have recommended them to 2 people who had been seeking assistance for Adhd.

All communications with staff very 'easy', their calm, compassionate and very supportive. Highly recommend this service provider. Feel so happy opted for them for our RTC assessments. They ease the process. Thank you. Plus recorded messages when trying to get through very informative. Options made clear of which 'number' to direct your calls through - to be triaged. I've tried over email to sort this to no avail. I also tried calling the number but it was 'closed' even though I rang within stated business hours.
