The whole process has been very supportive. In particular, the consultation meeting I had with Suzanne Pickford was brilliant - she was so supportive, professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend this service.

Couldn’t recommend enough very professional supportive and so easy to go through the stages on the website. Also had my meeting with Howard who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and was great at making you feel comfortable from the very start so any nerves went away immediately, very good at his job and it shows was so understanding and explained everything.

What could have been a very stressful experience for both us (as parents) and our daughter was made very easy by Imran at ADHD360.

He was very clear from the outset and immediately put us at ease with his calm demeanour and simple explanations.

The call was scheduled for 90 minutes but he was able to give us more time. We could have easily gone on to two hours but another appointment meant that Imran had to curtail the call after around an hour and 45 mins.

We did fee that there was some repetition at times and I'm sure this was to ensure that we were 100% clear but I felt that there could have been a little more space for my daughter to talk at times.

Overall the assessment was a very positive experience and ADHD360 were very accommodating when I wanted to book the call around my daughter's school timetable.

We're looking forward to speaking to Imran again at our next appointment.

I felt incredibly reassuring to feel that I was finally being listened to and understood. The whole experience was handled with such warmth and professionalism, and I’m genuinely grateful for the time, patience and understanding they showed me G made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel much easier and more positive.

We did struggle to access the appointment via teams, which was quite stressful, but ADHD360 were straight on the case when they realised we weren't able to join the call. They immediately sent a link via zoom and ensured that we could join the appointment before ending the call.

The process during the appointment was very thorough and the practitioners approach and demeanor meant that my daughter was able to be open and honest in her answers.
We couldnt of asked for a better experience so far, and we really do appreciate all that ADHD360 are doing to support our daughter.

Howard made me feel comfortable from the start of my assessment right to the end. He made sure the environment was relaxed enough for me to feel myself and provide all the information needed. I feel validated and heard & very happy with the service thanks to him, couldn't possibly ask for more

It was fine until my son was diagnosed. And then all downhill. He was discharged without discussion leaving him without access to medication. I was told we could complain but nothing will change. But its OK because all we have to do is pay £950 for a new assessment, even though they had completed the assessment 4 months ago, and then he.can access private prescriptions. I was told private prescription cannot be given on a right to choose assessment which is untrue. My conclusion is they were paid by the NHS, no longer interested and tried to get more money from a vulnerable person. This is immoral. Do not use. The amount of distress this has caused has set my son.back months in his recovery.

I’ve had a very positive experience with ADHD 360. I completed my ADHD assessment and diagnosis with Suzanne Pitchford, who is also supporting me through medication titration and treatment.

Suzanne has been incredibly kind, warm and approachable throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning, and I really appreciated her thoughtful and compassionate manner. Going through an ADHD assessment and diagnosis can bring up quite a lot of vulnerability, and the way Suzanne approached our conversations made the whole experience feel safe, respectful and reassuring.

I’ve felt listened to and well supported, and the process has been clear and straightforward so far. I’m very grateful for Suzanne’s care and would happily recommend ADHD 360 based on my experience.

I was quite nervous about my first ADHD assessment and was’nt looking forward to all questions. I had my appointment with Nathan Fannon with a BSL interpreter .

Nathan was easygoing , patient, compassionate and understanding and quickly make me ease . I felt comfortable asking him to clarify things when I needed to, and I never felt judged .

When he explained ADHD diagnosis , I became quite emotional and found it difficult to take in . Nathan genuinely listened and explained everything professionally and compassionately .

I’m really grateful to have had Nathan as my assessor . He make a difficult experience much easier for me .

I definitely recommend Nathan - 10/10 !

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Rose Dean at ADHD360. She was incredibly supportive, professional, and made the entire process so much easier. The level of care and understanding she provided was exceptional. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had my ADHD assessment with Alom Chad, who demonstrated care and compassion throughout. He made me feel at ease and explained how the assessment was structured.

Really good experience with Imran. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was also really patient and happy to answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and well informed. Would definitely recommend.

I had an ADHD assessment today with Suzanne T. I was feeling very nervous at the start but Suzanne was kind and caring which put me at ease. She clearly explained what would happen and reassured me I could take a breaks as needed. I felt listened to throughout the assessment and there was no judgement around information I shared. Suzanne helped me to understand my symptoms and experiences within the context of ADHD which was really helpful. I left with a feeling of validation that had been missing my whole life.
