Megan was a joy to work with. She was friendly, competent and patient. As an older person who sometimes finds the complications of modern life baffling, she made the process easy and actually enjoyable. I had been putting off the car insurance renewal for weeks but she caught me in the middle of making soup. I continued chopping vegetables while we chatted, and while she quickly read the legally required texts. It was all dealt with very easily. Afterwards I thought what a wonderful manager or trainer Megan would make. I wish her the very best. (And no, I don't know her. In fact, this is the first time I've ever written a review anywhere online...)
